Great location near Hunan University of Technology. The check in was smooth. The room was clean. Heater worked just fine. Wifi was ok. Overall, I can recommend Xinxing Cottage.

沒辦法給好評，老闆服務不太行，下次不會再來了，很吵鬧。也不隔音，廁所在陽台邊，第一次見

到酒店老闆娘説訂好的房間沒了，客人已經續住了一個多月，衹能加價20元換大床房。你房間沒了客人續了一個多月網上訂房咋不關閉呢？到店了才叫人加錢換房，是不是可以理解成套路客人呢？換的房隔音也不行。衞生衹能説一般。床鋪還比較乾淨。十分失望，以後不會再來了。

都挺好，房間挺大的，空調不會額外收費，房間也很好看，很乾凈，房間大➕空調不額外收費，相當划算了屬於是。
