Upon arrival I was asked to pay deposit but my booking said otherwise. I'm a foreigner so I guess they wanted to make money. The tv connection was out. There were cocroaches in the swimming pool bathroom and one in my room. There was no bath just a shower even though the pictures show different. The outside swimming pool didn't look appealing at all, more deserted. Sorry guys but I really wanted to give this hotel a good rating but there were too many disadvantages whilst staying, I even left earlier without my breakfast.

Loved the breakfast. The room was clean, changed the towels and replaced water. Indoor pool ... have a lifeguard on duty the whole time, which I loved. As this hotel is not in a big urban city, be prepared for the staff not to speak English as they mainly cater for Chinese guests. I was the only foreign person in the hotel at the time. Overall, I had a pleasant stay......will go again.

設施：一流，可以看出是大氣上檔次的裝修，如果清潔能再到位點就更完美了，這麼好的硬件設施這麼好的酒店一定要好好經營下去啊 衞生：如果能做的再細緻一些就更好了 環境：有個空中花園，很有檔次 服務：挺好的

辦理入住在7樓，大堂挺大的，前台辦理入住的小姐姐服務也好，看我一個人很熱情的送了我一份早餐，可能覺得我吃不多吧😄，早餐是自助的，中西融合的，坐在餐廳裏能看到花園挺好的，環境還行，房間衞生乾淨，性價比也還行

停車方便，地下車庫車位很多，環境也好。白天還可以去空中花園走走很舒服。前台辦入住也快，問了好多問題，台前也沒有不耐煩，都一一回答了，服務很不錯。酒店附近吃的也很多，下次還會選者這家，贊一下。

酒店位置很棒，不過大門在後麪，容易搞錯。房間乾淨舒服，有花園，下雨天不開。辦入住的時候，前台特別熱情地給我介紹各種事項。海鮮自助晚餐不是每天都開放，有點可惜，不過早餐也挺豐富的，總的來説還是推薦的

房子跟設施很老了，電視劇還是用的10年前很小尺寸，洗浴大蓮蓬噴頭也堵了好多孔，我一個個捏着才出水，看來維護不太到位，硬床不錯，挺舒服，窗口的空中花園也挺好看，總體來説，一家老酒店，

看中這個花園來的，綠化真不錯，很有江南的感覺，大廳還碰到了機器人送東西回來，也是很方便，住的很舒服，房間也大，服務員也都很和氣

酒店辦理入住在7樓，一到大廳可以聞到一陣香味感覺蠻高級的，大廳可以坐着喝茶等朋友，環境在這樣的三線城市應該算比較好的，在經理雯雯的推介下，嘗試了酒店的海鮮美食自助餐，住店客人報房號去還有優惠，這個價格性價比算很高了，房間內可以遠遠的看到西施故里的夜景，贊一個。

朋友帶孩子來玩，攜程預訂很方便！酒店房間物品齊全，送了小餅乾，還有小朋友拖鞋，前台送了小朋友的玩具，真的很貼心，小朋友也超開心，這服務點贊點贊！！
