First of all, the hotel front door is closed. It was confusing and it looked like the hotel/apartment is permanently closed. We had to ask our driver to call them to find the entrance and gave us the password to our room. There was nobody inside, looked like an abandoned building. The panoramic room that we booked had no lift access, only stairs. We had 3 big luggage, it was very frustrating. Worst of all, the room was very dusty and not cleaned properly. We woke up early morning and found a cockroach on the table. Dead bugs were on the window. Window was very dirty too. Aircon was suuuper dusty, we were all coughing at night and we decided to just turn it off.
Not recommended at all.

在網上定了房間，因行程問題提前退訂了，並沒入住，但今天直接銀行卡扣了我408的房費，巨無語！！十星差評！！

我沒見過這麼**的商家！🤢房間我傍晚登記入住的，到房間不到10分鐘實在是覺得沒法住就跟店家説我不住了，我也沒説我退房吧？因為這個公寓完全沒有隔音，是一丁點隔音效果都沒有的那種！訂房的老闆們慎重考慮好！！然後我就跟老闆説我不住了，我去別家酒店住，我也沒叫他們退款，畢竟確實我傍晚才入住的，結果商家轉頭就把房間重新掛上去了？真**啊🤢這吃相！這房間我花錢了這晚上也是屬於我的吧？商家説我已經退房了他就可以重新掛上去！意思是房間也沒打掃過就直接掛了這180當給乞丐了真的是好**啊👎

到酒店了衞生還沒打掃，等人來打掃也沒打掃乾淨進去還有上一個人住的味還很難煽出，拖鞋也是臟的白色的拖鞋全是黃色污漬

不安全，很不安全！窗户是沿街的門，晚上有人在那裡拉門把！嚇**了，隔音也非常非常差，隔壁做啥事情，都聽的清清楚楚！住一晚真的心累
