Hotel dekat Yindu Food Street, Zhuhai

The hotel is 29 stories high. This time I stayed in an elegant king room on the 25th floor. The room is spacious, the facilities are clean and hygienic, and the big bed and pillows are very comfortable. The shower in the bathroom was powerful enough, but unfortunately no hot water arrived when we checked in. We had to ask the staff to adjust it, and we had to wait for ten minutes for hot water the next morning. Overall, I am satisfied with my hotel stay. I will stay here again next time.

Facilities: very good, the same hair dryer as I use, the wind is strong enough, the bath water is big enough, the shower gel shampoo is fragrant ☺️ Environment: Although it is close to the roadside, as long as the windows are closed, it will not be very noisy. You can take a taxi directly at the entrance of the hotel. It is also a 10-minute walk to Gongbei Port. 😀 Hygiene: After living for a few days, the little sister who is doing hygiene is very careful. She insists on helping me with hygiene every day. It is very nice. 👍 Service: The little sister and brother at the front desk are very polite. If they need any help, they will also help. Thank you 😇

Clean and sanitary, thoughtful service, complete facilities, new and complete equipment, convenient transportation, the service desk lady is very enthusiastic and considerate, and takes the initiative to deliver various supplies. This is my first stop in Zhuhai. I was impressed by the experience. There are also many delicious foods nearby, and the night market is very rich and lively. Great👍👍👍

You can tell the inside by the outside looks. Walking distance to shopping mall. On the 2nd floor serves good dim sum and other food. You have to settled the bill by 11am to have a jug of refillable tea of your choice on the house. Food portion were huge. If you don't have a big appetite for 4 persons just order 3 dishes.

Location is good - not far from the railway station and the Zhuhai-Macau immigration complex. Room is clean and service is prompt. There are also some F&B outlets nearby. Recommended for an overnight stay.

The location is good, close to Gongbei KouAn, which is one of the entry points to Macau, and there are many restaurants, banks, markets around. But other than that, the hotel has been quite a let-down. It says it is a 4-star but it really doesn't feel like it. The first room we had (XX23) was so disappointing ... It felt really humid with smells of mold/mould all around: IT WAS SO HUMID when i lay down on the bed, my head felt the water that was kept into the pillow; so very uncomfortable/disgusting! We were going to stay multiple nights, but after the first night it was impossible we would stay longer. The smell, and the feeling of humidity all the time (no matter the settings of the AC) were almost nightmarish. The pictures also show how poor the status of the room was. We asked to change rooms, the 2nd one was MUCH BETTER. No gym, no real restaurant in the hotel, the breakfast room feels like a canteen, the front desk service is ok (not really welcoming nor rude either) This is not a 4-star hotel; or if it still is, then it should lose one star, or upgrade their ways to maintain a 4-star grade.

I had a pleasant stay at Zhuhai Yuehai Hotel (Gongbei Port High-speed Railway Station Branch). The hotel was clean and well-maintained, offering a good level of comfort. Although the swimming pool was closed for the winter and located in the opposite building, the hotel made up for it with other amenities. The highlight was the 360-degree rotating restaurant on the 29th floor, serving a wide variety buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner at an affordable 60 RMB. For entertainment, there’s a KTV on the 4th floor. Overall, a great choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Very good location, convenient for food, shopping and bank. The only shortfall is, the hotel parking system still cannot recognized the Hong Kong car number plate. Every time needs human intervention by calling the Receptionist to help opening the entrance gate.

Our first time staying in this hotel and generally gave us good impression from the first step inside the lobby. Staff are very polite and helpful. Although room size is not big but it’s neat and clean. Bathroom is clean and so as the towels. It will be perfect If the lighting condition can be improved as we couldn’t see clear from the mirror. Lighting there is quite gloomy! Checking out was efficient and we were surprised with a gift - a bag of Pullman chocolate! Elena was very nice and helpful. Her warm greetings and smile gave our trip a pleasant touch! We’ll come back to this hotel in our future trip to Zhuhai!
