There are two men at the reception desk at night, who have been smoking and chatting, from more than five o'clock when we went out until eleven o'clock when we fell asleep... The decoration of the house is relatively old, and the facilities need to be improved. The mirror is facing the bed, and it is in close contact with the bed, which makes me feel uncomfortable. The road to the Royal Hot Spring is a big road, and there are cars coming and going on the road, and the speed is fast, so I am a little scared to walk. I regret that I should not choose to stay in the Royal Hot Spring to save a few hundred yuan. After all, the environment and convenience of the Royal Hot Spring are much better.

Especially for children, they are very patient, taking them to play here and there, and the little Sheniu has become familiar with several employees 😁 Environment: The original nature, but there will be no odor and messy mud, and it is maintained very carefully~ Facilities: It is great for children and adults, with beautiful scenery, and the best place to escape from the city on weekends! There are a variety of rich entertainment activities, fishing, cycling, boating, kite flying, etc. The fish here are really stupid and easy to catch, and they are hooked even without bait 😆 The children caught more than 20 fish and finally released them. *Breakfast can be delivered to the RV, it is a very healthy and clean set meal *The staff here are really caring and loving. On the day of check-in, they noticed that our adults had cold symptoms and specially prepared brown sugar ginger water for us *There was also a little sister who gave us lemon tea that she made herself. We praised it for being delicious. She happily shared her secret recipe with me🥰

I booked two twin rooms, both with different decoration designs. But the bathroom part is basically the same, with a dry and wet separation design. Unfortunately, the toilet space is very narrow. If you sit on it and close the door, the door will most likely touch your knees. Taller people may not be able to close the door due to their knees. On the contrary, the wash basin is very wide, and it may be better to put two wash basins. Most of the employees in the restaurant, front desk, and amusement park have good attitudes. And most of them speak Cantonese, which is more friendly to Hong Kong people. The restaurant attached to the hotel has fewer food styles and not many dinner options. But the portions are large and the price is moderate. The breakfast buffet also has very few options, not even basic scrambled eggs or omelettes, only fried eggs. There were no salads, soy milk, coffee or juice provided. There are only milk, tea, two or three kinds of buns, two or three kinds of hot food, stir-fried vegetables, fried noodles and white porridge. The admission ticket that comes with the room can be used on the day of check-in and departure. Guests can enter the park through a passage next to the hotel and restaurant without going through the park's gate. However, the attitude of the doorman at this passage is not very friendly. For example, a staff member said that the park closes at 5 o'clock, but guests can still enter the park for a walk through the hotel passage. However, when they arrived, the doorman ignored him and said he had not heard of it when asked. It's okay. The next day I went there with an attitude of being unwilling to pay attention. There are many amusement park facilities, but after the rain it was muddy everywhere. Many of the amusement park facilities were stained by tourists and were difficult to use. Some of the equipment was dilapidated and broken but had not been repaired or cleaned. The shooting game section only has ten bullets for 20 yuan, which is too few for ordinary air guns, and ten bullets for machine guns are too stingy. The only fun outdoor paid facility is the rainbow slide. As for the indoor amusement park, the free admission part is pretty good, and most of the facilities are suitable for children to play and take photos. For the paid part, DIY is more recommended. The price is reasonable and the experience time is enough. What is worthy of praise is the waitress in charge of DIY. Even during lunch time, she came over to do the DIY experience with us. Her attitude was patient and attentive. Although the price is not expensive compared to the restaurants in the park, the taste is really terrible. There are two points that I really care about and hope the store can improve. First, the hotel is located in a remote area but does not provide a convenience store. There is only a drink vending machine next to the parking lot at the entrance. Second, the hotel needs a passage to enter the park, but there is no passage to the indoor pavilion that can protect it from the sun and rain. There is basically nothing you can do on a rainy day.

民宿位置距離御溫泉都算近，但不能用步行行過去，因為全部都是車路。民宿雖然有提供私家車服務，但私家車得一架，所以預約比較困難。不過民宿另外有一架哥爾夫球車可以承載住客到村口，然後步行大概5分鐘便可以到御溫泉。 房間衛生尚算清潔，今次預訂的房型共有三間房，非常適合家庭旅行居住。可惜民宿嘅公共空間/客廳比較較少，缺乏空間給家人聚在一起。 民宿附送的早餐選擇比想像中多，味道一般，但可接受。即使早餐時間即將完結，員工都會再烹調更多食物給剛坐低的住客。 值得一讚嘅係民宿的員工態度都非常友善，而且10分健談。

The hotel is just 5 mins taxi to Yu hot spring. The hotel is so new that even there is little bit smell of the refurbishment. The kettle had never been used as well.

The hotel has a high cost performance ratio, The room is big enough for us to rest. Accessories all clean and tidy, About the bathroom has music background for us to relax while taking shower. At last, it is very kind of the staff accept me to delay check out Jiexia Village 接霞庄 is a nice place to visit, thanks their recommendation. We arrived with no expectations, thinking it was just another hotel with hot springs - but this place was so much more! The evening was beyond epic, with incredible food, live music, and fantastic activities for both kids and adults. The service was outstanding, with polite and attentive staff who made sure everything ran smoothly. Whether you're looking for relaxation or fun, this place delivers on every level.
