酒店位置方便， 超近富華里， 食肆選擇超多，今次房間衞生一舨， 安排左閣樓雙人床， 但床褥太簿， 不舒服！ 希望改善以上問題！

前台小姐完全沒有服務可言，對話全無眼神交流，我對她說話她只看著電腦屏幕，入住時間是14:00，我們兩家人14:20到達，前台說：「未能安排房間，因你們要求兩間房間在同一樓層(訂房時已一早說明)，但阿姨未有時間打掃！」我想問：這是客人的問題嗎？是我早了check in嗎？那麼就別說14:00 check in！前台說因上一個客人遲了退房，所以阿姨未能按時打掃，那又是我的問題嗎？我只看到前台將所有責任推卸在客人身上，商家一點責任都沒需要承擔，前台態度亦是一個問題！最後安排了不同樓層的房間，房間打開滿佈煙味，床單被鋪有污漬，連身鏡上仍貼有前客人的假眼睫毛，餐枱滿佈食物污漬，飯粒🤦🏻♀️我相信再沒有幫襯的理由

非常滿意！臨時去珠海出差三天，所以隨意在平台找了酒店，剛入住時其實有點擔心，因為看到評價有許多不好的評論，不過實際入住後才放心下來，不論是前台服務還是酒店本身的設施都很不錯，尤其是床很好睡，每天都幾乎睡過頭
