Ulasan Qushu Holiday Villa (Zhuhai Haiquan Bay)

The villa was not cleaned well and we asked the cleaner to come back to clean. There was a cockroach in the kitchen sink and the floors were visibly dirty. The cleaner came to clean and had a negative attitude towards us, she cleaned haphazardly and did not acknowledge our requests. The gas stove was not working, the cutlery was not cleaned and were either broken or damaged making it unusable. Upon check-out, the host was extremely used and insisted we leave quickly before the stipulated check-out time. Overall we did not have a very pleasant stay and this could've been avoided if there was better care and attention to detail made by the host

The villa offers great value for money and ample space for a comfortable stay. However, there is room for improvement in terms of maintenance. The host was responsive, which contributed to a pleasant experience for our group, especially with kids. The highlight for the children was the swimming pool, providing them with hours of enjoyment.

The villa is quite nice and confortable, easy for 10 people ! However the swimming pool was a bit small and the surrounding empty. The staff was super and helpful !

Good, clean and tidy houses, child likes the swimming pool and we all enjoys the karaoke, we all have a fun holiday in there,. House keepers are helpful and nice, good house!

I stay in the hotel for 1 night, it is very good and we all have fun. It is very clean and the room look nice.

一家大細同朋友共13人，設施有滑梯泳池、麻雀、卡拉OK，每層都有廁所，除咗地庫個層無，但係麻雀、卡拉OK都在地庫，每次去廁所都要行樓梯上一層，泳池好多雜草昆蟲，工作人員都早、下午各清一次，不過都係比較混沌，地庫個層間房好多烏蠅、蚊，所以最好揀1樓以上既房，勝在有個好管家貼心幫你

裝修比較舊，一去到電視機已經壞了要立刻更換，提供的設施是有的，KTV 麻雀 泳池 BBQ爐，但KTV 選擇不多，泳池有浮物，清理完又有（因為比較大風）床褥太硬（我個人不太喜歡），需有3間衛生間，只有一間是可以沖水的，其餘塞晒或沖水不行，代理說唔好放厕紙(已經無掉)，通完都是不行，其實是沖力不夠。說是有管家服務，因為我們在這，她只是清理一些垃圾，拖地，換毛巾(只放低左一條)，好彩我們都有帶一次性毛巾。

屋主友善，管家負責任，細心提供旅旅行程，別墅大舒適整體不錯，價錢合理，適合一家大小朋友聚在一起好多活動，免費遊戲機，電動麻雀，唱K音響好正，只是周邊沒有食店要call車出去20分鐘有大型商量好多餐廳選擇，整體非常滿意，下次會再來。

這個度假園區內雖然交通不便，但別墅環境非常舒適，四層樓有五房九床，床墊是席夢思，讓人睡得特別好。設施豐富，卡拉OK、電視機和麻雀機都能滿足娛樂需求。雖然室外泳池沒有水有點小失望，但整體來說，三個家庭和幾位小朋友一起開心入住三天兩夜，留下了美好的回憶，體驗非常愉快！

兩個家庭來住宿，合共六個人，因為晚上11點才到，所以沿途一路也聯絡工作人員，到了之後有一位小妹妹很細心服務很周到，值得加許，今次租的是三房兩廁所，客廳很寬敞，確實是不錯的選擇，樓下已經可以泊車，位置距離商場方面也不遠，但是衛生程度有待改進，床褥舒適，空調足夠，不過室內還有一些煙味，下次可以來選一個最大的別墅設有私家泳池

泳池會有人清潔，可以放心游泳 可以BBQ，但是BBQ爐很殘舊。 地下室的KTV房，有上一手留低的煙頭，房間有些異味，需要通風一些時間才消除

房間寬敞、乾淨衞生； 管家服務熱情；房間密碼即可入住，方便又安全。陽台還可以看到美麗的夜景，超值🍀
