Overall speaking, the room was fantastic! The staff were attentive and polite. Our plan included a "520 Confession Set Dinner" which had a steak (though cooked well-done), fried chicken rolls with bacon, a bowl of Caesar salad, a truffle sauce pasta with clamps. The food were good, at least we don't have anything to complain with this price. Also, the air-conditioning was great, which was outstanding compared to some 5-star hotels. Definitely recommend couples to have an overnight stay here.

This is our second time visit the hotel.. the service is super good, as it’s my girl birthday trip, they help decorate the hotel a bit and write a bday card to her.. it’s so sweet and makes an unforgettable memory for her. Thank you

All around are excellent but I prefer non smoking room for my next stay

Location, facilities are good. But it’s strange that the toilet door lock is not functioning properly and will be sliding open automatically, hope can improve it.

price is pretty cheap for the location. However the floors were dirty, and bed sheets had some stains. I ran out of toilet paper two days in a row and it took them over a hour to bring me toilet paper after calling twice. Shower was horrendously small as well.

Washroom tissue roll not refill from the 1st day I check-in I left 2 rings in the hotel and i called concierge day after I check-out, they couldn't find it.

Travelled with my family and stayed in a duplex 3 bedroom. The duplex is spacious, but the cleaning could be better. Dust on the floor and stair. We were statisfied with the view and friendliness of the staff. We will come back!

Nice hotel, gpod services and good location. Room is big and clean.

Travel with parents The view was amazing and all conditions were good but there’s no lotion in the bathroom I checked with the desk for checkout time but someone else claimed it was an hour early That’s confusing

I love staying at the hotel. The service is very good. I enjoyed my 2024 new year night at the hotel. I wish to stay longer but the holiday is short.
