The hotel is tastefully majestic - beautifully curated gardens, impressively designed structures and, most importantly, the warmest and attentive staff. From the pre-check in info to after check out follow up, they demonstrated the highest standard of hospitality. Want to thank 小何 and Aria from concierge. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return.

MGM is a newly opened hotel in Zhuhai. Although it is not at the prime travellers location, it is in Xiangshan and full of Lingnan feels. Everything is so new and clean, with excellent services and spacious rooms. I booked the hotel last minute for my birthday break and it is really come to my surprise that everything are so high quality. I had dinner in western restaurant and it’s money worth. Breakfast is also great. When manager Angie Huang knew it’s my birthday she arrange me a birthday cake and it’s much appreciated. Overall it’s a great experience and I highly recommend you to try. I will be definitely pick MGM again and try booking the villa.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in China. Although only recently opened in May 2025, the team has showed a seasoned manner in providing top notch service. A total travel time of 2hrs to get here from HK it is certainly worth coming.
The restaurants were very good too although they can improve the acoustics of the space a bit more.

Amazing experience! Booked a night stay and got to enjoy a beautiful sunset directly in the pool. The service was excellent, as we ordered multiple deliveries and it was all delivered in an extremely timely fashion. Would no doubt stay here again the future on a couples retreat!

I stayed at the MGM Reserve Zhuhai yesterday. While the check-in process encountered some initial hiccups, Ms. Cao, the Assistant Manager, swiftly intervened and efficiently resolved the issue, which we greatly appreciated.
The breakfast offered a delightful ambiance with its elegant setting, though the sheer newness of the hotel and the high volume of guests led to noticeable chaos during peak breakfast hours. During the summer vacation period, securing a desirable dining spot requires advance reservations.
Overall, however, our impression was positive. The hotel boasts stunning aesthetics and maintains a remarkably serene atmosphere throughout the property

We had a lovely stay at this brand new hotel ! The room is very spacious & all hotel areas are very clean in a nice moderate Chinese design. Our kids enjoyed the free kids' activities a lot.
