The hotel environment is good, the front desk service staff is very enthusiastic, and greets you as soon as you get out of the elevator (I was frightened by the enthusiasm, hahaha)

For example, when I didn’t have a local phone number, the staff kindly found alternative ways to ensure I can order meals etc, demonstrating their commitment to guest comfort and convenience.
The holiday season at the hotel was nothing short of magical. The festive decorations were beautifully curated, from sparkling lights to intricate holiday displays, creating a cozy yet luxurious winter wonderland. Every corner exuded the Christmas spirit, making the atmosphere warm and inviting. Combined with cheerful staff who embodied the holiday joy, the experience felt like stepping into a scene from a holiday storybook.
Even when I was feeling a little under the weather, the team went above and beyond to provide care. One outstanding member 黄燚 HuangYi made my stay extra special as did a special mention to Karen who help provide me with information on where to go to do activities and explore. They promptly ensured I had everything I needed, from thoughtful amenities to attentive follow-ups, creating a warm and supportive environment for me to recover so swiftly.
The buffet breakfast is a must. This is the most top Atour Ive stayed in! I have been to 5 others in different cities! Well managed and standards are kept high.
From the festive ambiance to the impeccable service, this hotel offers a truly memorable experience. I would absolutely return in the future and wholeheartedly recommend this gem to anyone seeking a perfect getaway, especially during the holidays.

It was delicious in the morning and there were several packages to choose from. There is also coffee in the lobby. I asked the front desk and the front desk also gave me a cup of coffee as a gift. The service is really good and I must give it a 5-point rating.

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the concierge was warmly received and the front desk service Ken liang was thoughtful and subtle. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, quiet and undisturbed. All the facilities, all the details, all the little drinks. The hotel is conveniently located. Breakfast is varied and delicious. GGuest UserSuperb location! Very convenient with lots of eateries although it is a tiny bit far away from the port but apparently there is direct bus nearby to go back to Hong Kong! Rooms are very spacious and cleanliness is great! Staff are very friendly and helpful! There is also free parking if you are staying in the hotel! Will certainly come back next time and price are very reasonable too!

Our room has a wonderful view of the river. I enjoy the breakfast buffet which apart from Chinese food, has a large variety of western items.

WWutungThe location is great, in the heart of the Eastern District, downstairs is the busiest business district, restaurants, massage parlors and shopping malls are all a few minutes walk.
The room was smaller than expected. Although it opened in 2023, the facilities in the room are a bit dilapidated, especially the bathroom, which has mold on the edges. The hotel lobby is simple, and the aroma of incense is a bit tacky. When checking in, the front desk attendant was a bit indifferent.

政政哥Hotel is well located in town of Sanxiang where it is a 10 mins drive to couple of famous golf courses. The hotel rooms are spacious, clean and full amenities. The services at front desk was very efficient and courteous. The cafe besides the lobby is a good place to get good quality coffee and cakes for relaxing moments, however not likely for breakfast since it opens at.10am only. There are a lot of local resturants, supermarket and fruits stalls around the block for ones enjoyment.
