I stayed in a standard room on the third floor of Building No. 1 for three nights. It is an old hotel with slightly outdated furniture and facilities, and a small wardrobe, but they can all be used normally. Moreover, as an old government reception unit, the service staff has high quality and a strong sense of service. Whether it is the breakfast room or the guest room, basically all requirements can be met. They are patient, enthusiastic, and the service is quick. I am very satisfied! 👍 The breakfast was rich and clean. On the last day, because we had to catch the high-speed train, the waiter helped us get the lunch box paper bag, packed it, and also brought us bagged milk. Thank you! There is also a courtyard in the hotel. It is located in a busy city but very quiet. It is close to the subway and bus, which is very convenient. Will come again if have the chance!

奔着衹有河南來的，為了方便早上過去，晚上回來，所以選擇了這家酒店。門口就是衹有河南的接班車，非常方便。然後這家酒店非常的安靜，隔音效果也很好，睡得特別安心 然後就是很乾凈，床品和廁所都很乾凈，用起來很舒心。這裏的保潔阿姨很熱情。 前台的服務很好，辦理入住特別快，特別方便。服務態度真的很熱情，出門玩的時候還會給你打招呼 這裏還有免費停車場，會有工作人員帶着大廳，還有免費的爆米花和零食。 蠻推薦的，大學生一個人來也很安全，很放心

The room is not bad and relatively large. It is convenient to eat nearby and take a taxi. However, the front desk service is not very good. I don't know what I ask and will not provide help to customers. It feels like I can't live here.

To celebrate my birthday, I traveled from Hong Kong to Zhengzhou for the first time with my family and friends. I booked Yuji Hotel, which is a newly built VIP building in Henan Hotel. The rooms are comfortable and clean. On my birthday, they took the initiative to give me a surprise birthday gift. We didn’t have time to have breakfast in the morning of the day trip, so they specially packed a rich breakfast box for us to take away. Special thanks to the housekeeping staff: Manager Shao Hua and Wang Yaping. Managers Huang and Fangfang, the front desk supervisors, and Manager Liu from the Chinese restaurant, and staff from all departments took great care of me and gave me a happy birthday celebration!

To be honest, the location is good, the breakfast is good, and the room is big. But there are too many charges. I asked the front desk for a disposable bathtub cover, which was also charged. The bundled bath salt was 35 yuan, and the mineral water of unknown brand was 10 yuan per bottle. In addition, the takeaway riders were not allowed to deliver to the door, and the robot was very slow. I waited for almost an hour for a takeaway.

I stayed in a newly opened hotel near Dongming Road, right next to the Yanzhuang subway entrance, and it was very convenient to get around by taking Line 1. The hotel is a national chain of Licheng hotels, with guaranteed services. The room was surprisingly large. Smart customer control is the highlight, as well as a dry and wet separation design. The service staff was attentive and considerate, and the experience was perfect.

The service, especially from the ladies at the reception was excellent, the room large and nice. The location is very separated, it's far to go to find a food shop or a restaurant. The VIP-Club had excellent food and very friendly and helpful people. The restaurant downstairs confirmed my bad experiences with Sofitel restaurants.

This is a very good hotel ,very comfortable room and bed.The bathroom has all washing facilities ,the room cleaner miss wang has good observation and care the clients .Breakfast is delicious ,including Chinese and Europe style. The reception three staffs is perfect， sincere and polite to customers ,李汶遙，劉若楠，劉昆，They are good cooperation team.They lookafter the client friendly and care.Especially 李汶遙 she treat customers very careful like a family junior .she is pretty and lovely in my mind.👍👍🌹🌹.I would come again. The window need to clean although she treated me in a higher flat .still good for watching far but not good for looking close .Maybe l am too picky ,this is another department job.

Super good service from Kiki / Jenny when i did my check in and check out. Don't think i have had any better friendlier service than this. Kiki / Jenny - pls keep up the good work, so everyone feels so at home when they stay at Crowne Plaza. Conclusion, the service is not not only a ”5 Stars” service ....i would give it a ”10 Stars” service......as it made me feel so at home. Thanks
