Kamarnya sangat kecil dan lingkungannya sangat tua! Tidak ada layanan! Pengalaman menginap secara keseluruhan sangat buruk! Jika Anda datang ke Zhengzhou, tidak disarankan untuk menginap di Sofitel! Tidak ada layanan saat sarapan juga! Ini pengalaman terburuk yang pernah saya alami di Sofitel dan hotel bintang lima lainnya, tidak ada pelayanan. Tidak ada lingkungan. Lupakan saja jika tidak ada layanan. Kamarnya sangat, sangat kecil! Tidak sebaik lingkungan dan fasilitas hotel non bintang lima lainnya di Zhengzhou, TV di kamar sudah tua dan lama menyala!

Saat memesan kamar, sebuah pesan dikirim meminta untuk mendaftar sebagai anggota Accor.
Setelah check in, Anda harus mendaftar ke WeChat untuk menggunakan Wi-Fi.
Dekorasi ruangan harus dari abad terakhir, sangat tua.
Asapnya redup dan karpet berbau menjijikkan!
Pintu kamar mandi tidak mau menutup. Kepala pancuran menghadap ke dinding, bukan orang.
Pelayan dan layanan kamar mengetuk pintu, tetapi dia langsung menggesek kartunya untuk masuk tanpa menunggu!
Anda meninggal pagi-pagi sekali, Anda tidak layak mendapatkan keanggunan dan keanggunan!

Took a weekend train trek to Zhengzhou from Xi’an, and really enjoyed the kind locals of the city. Sofitel is an amazing place to stay.
Vicky, Lily, and Hao welcomed me to check in early with a nice upgrade. Everyone is bilingual also. The lobby is beautiful and overlooks the restaurant while beneath sky dome lighting. Extremely clean place.
Beds are comfortable and amenities are of many. The park nearby is a charming sight. Massage and spa available. In the center of everything as well, so one can trek in all directions for things to do. I chose the culture, creative, and street blocks on the west side. The train station is just 20 minutes. Museum is north and more attractions south. Historical park next to the property.

excellent hotel, excellent service. Excellent staff could not recommend enough. Rooms were fantastic food was amazing and service was even better. I left my iPad in the room and they could not have been more helpful. They got it sent to me in Beijing straight away and kept in contact with me all the way through the process the staff are amazing.  Special mention to miaomiao我是喵喵喵 who was so helpful in exchanging money and dealing with my left ipad. would 100% recommend this hotel

Big hotel, good location, no pool though, the first night the room had a problem, no hot water but the staff promptly handled the situation, thanks to Lisa and Amanda, very good service. Will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful hotel with passionate and friendly staff. Special thanks to the staff who helped throughout my stay are Antoine, Jasmine , Miaomiao and Amanda.
The restaurant is also stupendous, food is delicious and can accomodate all my culinary needs and thanks to Roger and Antoine.
I always stay in sofitel when I visit Zhengzhou. I will stay same hotel again when next time.

The service, especially from the ladies at the reception was excellent, the room large and nice. The location is very separated, it's far to go to find a food shop or a restaurant.
The VIP-Club had excellent food and very friendly and helpful people. The restaurant downstairs confirmed my bad experiences with Sofitel restaurants.
