The location was convenient for me. The staff were friendly and helpful. Checking in was very quick and they sent some fresh fruit up to my room. The room was clean and comfortable with a good view of the local area.

Called the front desk cuz the Air conditioning want working and their solution was to bring in a fan

Very good hotel with professional staff. Courteous & efficient. Hotel location, facilities, cleanliness - basically everything is good. They need to have their hotel information, signage, Menus & other details in ENGLISH language as well. This is lacking !!!

Western restaurant was shut and the Chinese restaurant was shut at 9.15pm but the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Room was excellent

酒店挨着地鐵一號線，去市中心很方便，對面就是鄭大，交通便利，打車出去很快就上西四環了，早餐非常豐盛，還有胡辣湯，大堂裝修的非常氣派，前台服務很熱情，房間乾淨衞生，還配備的有小童拖鞋和小童鞋牙刷，真的很貼心了，下次還住這裏。

設施：符合五星標準 衞生：感覺衞生沒有任何問題 環境：還行，附近離大學挺近的 服務：服務沒啥感覺，就正常的吧 出行比較方便，地鐵方便，然後就是停車不收費 早餐我感覺衹有3星標準達不到

給領導訂的房間，領導説安排的酒店很好，前台服務很親切早餐也很豐富.特別來感謝酒店。

很好的酒店，去機場很方便，有快速路直通，在鄭州大學對面，出行方便。早餐也很棒。唯一缺點是上午健身房開的晚。
