Atour Hotel David City, Zhengzhou Erqi Square

Very new hotel, clean and friendly staff. Walking distance to the tower, many malls and great dinning options around the surrounding. Delighted to see the board with recommendations on famous restaurants. Only if you have huge or many luggage the taxi or Didi driver may not be able to drive in to the lobby as the entrance was too small for them to notice and no indication board stated to hotel. I have to push 2 big luggage all the way to the hotel and to the airport same thing happen I had to push the luggage to the walkway beside the road which was few meter down the slope or stairs😅. The lobby was share with office building and hotel, the hotel had a corner use as their reception. Which I felt unsafe, as a solo traveler no bell boy no reception near lift lobby. Empty hall, with four lift, two lift for office and the other two that serve hotel guest. Card can access to all level. 😅

Just stayed at this awesome new hotel, and it’s seriously next level. Super clean, super modern, and loaded with cool tech. Highly recommend getting a room with the bath—it’s amazing. At night, you can just chill in the tub and look out over the city. The tub is huge, totally spotless, and big enough for two, so it’s perfect whether you’re solo or with someone. Everything’s so well thought out. Wireless charging by the bed and desk, a control system that lets you set the lights and mood exactly how you want, and floor lighting that kicks on when you get out of bed—no stumbling around in the dark. The setup in my room had the bathroom and shower separate, which felt really spacious. Shower’s powerful and stays hot. The staff here are super helpful and on top of things, too. There’s a massive TV that hooks up to all your devices, plus a chill reading corner and a desk if you need to get some work done. The bed’s super comfy with a bunch of pillow options, and the soundproofing is on point—slept like a baby. All in all, it’s the perfect mix of comfort, high-tech, and just really great service. If you want a place that’s both relaxing and cutting-edge, this is it. And bang on the city center!
