Service was very good. Yuki and Fair at the front desk were warm and welcoming. Great service from all the staff I encountered. Clean rooms and reasonably priced.

The room is clean, but the pillow smells 🚬 , thanks there were more 3 pillows without smells.

This was a great hotel to stay in in Zhengzhou. The staff were professional, friendly and always helpful. The room was clean and had everything that we needed, although if it had an iron we would have appreciated it. The extra touches such as complimentary water and WiFi made it very convenient. We had their buffet breakfast on the last day of our stay and that was also pretty good. Lots of variety and not too crowded. The food was fresh and tasty. We will definitely stay there again

Dirty, poor hygiene, I can't believe this is a cleaned room. The whole thing is like a renovated old hotel. For this price, it's better to book a hotel with Huazhu Club. IHG should avoid it.
