This is an excellent hotel, with standards that match those of western hotels. Rooms are large and comfortable, there are many amenities, and cleanliness is top notch. The location isn’t great because most attractions are far from the hotel, but there are supermarkets and coffee shops in the vicinity. There was an incident with staff upon check-out but the overall experience was positive.

Best facilities. Every thing o could want in the room and wanted I didn’t have they were quick to get for me. Impeccable service. Top notch. Only complaint was it was diffficult for a non speaking foreigner to locate. Actual building name was marked in area signs as La casa. On apple map was different and none was the same as name in trip. But a friendly person helped me to the door the first time Andes then I was good. Really loved the room. Close to the hensn museum by taxi. Far from there parks (which I should have skipped anyway). Did I say how great the staff service was? 😁❤️🙏

The location of the hotel is probably the only priority for me. There is a subway right next to the hotel, and the hotel is in a lively neighborhood. It was hard for me to find the hotel because there is only an elevator from the side of the building which was difficult to find immediately. The breakfast was very poor with less assortment which was exceptionally Chinese.

Stayed here several nights visiting family and relatives in Zhengzhou, awesome experience, delicious breakfast, warm and helpful staffs, thanks to Ms Zhang, Ms Cheng, and Ms Chen for keeping our rooms clean and providing everything we needed.

Location of the hotel is great, walking distance to Erqi square where you can find all the fashion mall, eateries places, etc...Its just next to Zhengzhou Railway station (100m away). Hotel buffet breakfast was good. There is a small minimart next door. Just walk 100m to main road to call Didie/taxi to go where you wanted. I call Didie to Yellow River scenic place which took 40min and cost RMB52.

The hotel is not far from the Henan Museum, so it is suitable for visiting the museum. The hotel service was very good before the Spring Festival. After making tea and coffee on the first day, the waiter specially added tea bags for us. The breakfast was also very rich. There were boiled shrimps on the first day and fried steak on the second day. When we left the hotel on New Year's Eve, the ladies at the front desk (Xiaolin, Xiaohong and Wenwen) also specially sent us fruits and yogurt, which made us feel very warm.

She led me into the room and gave me an explanation. The water bar can be refilled three times, and there is my favorite VC tea! 🌸The interior decoration style is also unique, the best of the best, very tasteful! The bedding is very high in thread count, soft and comfortable. Especially the slippers are awesome🌟! The toothbrush is also of very good quality, which surprised me. 🧹The cleaning auntie responded quickly. After calling the front desk, she quickly came to clean and replenish supplies, which was efficient👍. The robot delivers food, which is efficient! 🍹The bar's wine list is very special, and there are resident singers. The folk song lady sings well. The bartender is handsome, the menu has unique cocktails worth tasting, and the wine cabinet has a complete collection of whiskey. 🌟 Special praise for the manager Noemie, who is very meticulous and considerate. When she saw me making a phone call in the lobby, she served me tea as soon as possible. Such meticulous service made me feel like home. It is really the details that determine success or failure. It is well-deserved to be the first in Zhengzhou! 💕 Next time, I must experience the western restaurant, as well as the only e-sports room among the 91 guest rooms💻. This stay experience is quite satisfactory!

The hotel is in a good location, convenient for travel, very close to the subway station, convenient for business trips!
