房間不錯，前台服務服務很好。五一節在人潮擁擠的時候，這個景區及酒店沒有人從眾，非常愜意，適合一家老小來躺平，放鬆放鬆。

房間很寬大整潔，無異味，洗澡水很大，周圍環境好，安靜，空氣清新，工作人員態度好，服務周到，自助早餐豐富。值得向前往遊玩的朋友們推薦！

酒店服務太差了，從前台到餐廳，住酒店的多要一瓶礦泉水前台都不給，這服務也是沒誰啦！我們住四間房吃了兩餐，也是消費了3000多的吧！差評

房間衞生間下水道味非常大，小螞蟻很多。也談不上有啥服務，要啥啥沒有，前台不熱情，説話兇巴巴的，早餐工作人員很摳搜，作為本地人確實挺失望的，那麼風景好的地方去走一趟卻是各種不安逸，希望提升一下服務水平，望重視這條評價。
