第一次出差到湛江霞山區，身邊的夥伴説這邊酒店服務都沒什麼服務的，我不信邪就找了這家攜程5星的酒店想着怎麼樣也不至於吧！1、代駕車到門口，我們自己找的停車位，旁邊一保安大叔看着愛答不理的樣子；2、前台一位戴金戒指的男士，入住的時候我定了2間房明確提出不建議同一層樓因為我一直在出差沒睡好，他們應酬怕喝多了會吵，也儘量離電梯遠一些，非常好離電梯就3米遠，並且這位男士整個辦理入住過程中多次表現輕蔑的笑，併發出哼哼聲。退房時一位小姐姐也是完全不抬頭看人的，一臉的不耐煩。入住和退房就我這一間房哦，我花錢來這裡是看你們臉色的？作為5星的攜程酒店就是這樣的服務待客的？3、入住後我洗手盆下水開關我沒注意到旁邊有個小撥棍，打電話給前台反饋，來了一個客房阿姨，進門就是斜眼看人很不客氣的甩我一句話“你怎麼回事？”好好好👍很棒；4、早餐廳的接待也是沒有任何笑容的。5、房間的窗户打開了就關不上，為了能好好睡覺也不想打擾他們任何一個人，免得又遭白眼。由以上此類情況可見，員工們都沒有幸福感可言，如果工作不開心可以辭職啊，為什麼要表現給客人呢？我遠到而來並沒有為難到任何一個人，甚至全程我都是客氣禮貌微笑的對你們。這373/間的房費我花着去吃你們給的氣？完全沒有服務可言，連最基本的尊重都沒有！配不上那麼好的環境，沒錯，服務配不上這樣的環境！！！！！
衞生：查房不仔細，進門就看到明顯的毛髮，吹頭髮時那風機都埋汰不像話，我自己清潔後才用的哦！

入住的時候，前台小姐姐服務還是不錯的
我説我不要邊上的房間然後就從新開了一個房間給我，因為食物過敏一直在昏睡中。
第二天收拾行李的時候就忘了全部收拾完，把一個按摩頭的八爪魚小玩意落在房間茶几上，我打電話給前台諮詢時前台非常不耐煩，後面補充説問完客房阿姨給我回饋，我等了三個多小時再次發過去就打不通了，等了快24小時的電話也不見酒店回覆我結果。

衞生間馬桶隔間很小，起身都沒有空間。大堂沒有行李員，家庭出遊行李很多，最後還是門口保安抽空幫忙將行李搬到房間。自助早餐服務員態度差，帶着對非大灣區客户的歧視。不知道攜程評定五鑽的酒店為何軟硬件服務那麼差，完全達不到五星標準，最後在酒店客房發現宣傳頁，顯示該酒店是四星級標準的商務度假酒店，根本不是五星！第二天退房時向前台投訴遇到的種種不滿，並詢問為何四星級標準酒店在攜程平台會標五鑽，經理告知是老闆溝通，且態度不好的自助早餐服務員可能心情不好，這算什麼理由？員工心情如何怎能影響客户體驗？衹能説是酒店管理存在問題。最後臨走時經理送上兩瓶洗浴用品作為道歉誠意。結果到家拆開後發現兩瓶全部已過保質期！這就是道歉的誠意？當客户好糊弄的？還是經理也是從心底歧視不説粵語的客户，覺得我們衹配收過期產品？再也不會去麗呈！
