The mattress and pillow are moderately soft and hard. The breakfast is also rich. The only drawback is that the bath water is sometimes hot and sometimes cold. We have stayed at Sheraton for one night as a family with young children. The breakfast has lots of choice and very very yummy! Both Western and Chinese dishes. We had dinner at the same restaurant, all was very good! The service was really good, comparing to Sheraton Haitang Bay in Sanya (where we didn't have good experience at all). Hotel staff takes exceptional care of hotel guests. The only thing to improve is the kids playroom which is very much small and needs some maintenance. We will definitely come back.
