As I was unfamiliar with the surroundings just after getting off the car, my Driver called the Hotel for assistance. The Hotel is located inside a PEDESTRIAN ZONE. Shortly after the call, Siao Dong came to my drop-off point to help me with my luggage and assisted me to check in. She also carried my Baggage to My Room 2303 at Level 3 as there is no Lift Facility here. I thanked here very much as I would have problems carrying my Baggage as I am over 77 years of age. This Ancient City is truly a wonderful place, and the hotel environment is quite pleasant as well. There are lots of variety of local food and snacks. The Hotel also assisted to book a Group Tour to visit Nanjing Toulou and a Private to Fujian Toulou. Also arranged for my private transport by Car to my Hotel in Xiamen.

The brother also helped to deliver the food to the room, closed the windows and turned on the air conditioner. It was clean and hygienic, the toilet was smart, the room was spacious, and the sisters greeted me warmly when I came in and out. You can see the night view of the ancient city on the rooftop. There are coupons for glutinous rice cakes and hairpins when you enter the door, and there are souvenirs when you check out. The triangle cakes are super delicious, and the guide is also very detailed. I just followed their recommendations and didn't miss any of the food. I will continue to patronize next time.

The customer service didn't seem to read Ctrip messages very much, and never responded to my questions. I had to call directly to solve it. The front desk was very easy to communicate with. The location of the homestay is very good in the ancient city, surrounded by treasure snack shops. I checked in one by one in the guide I made. The parking lot is very close and it takes 2 minutes to walk. If you have a lot of luggage, you can ask the homestay to find someone to pick you up. The room is of moderate size, clean and tidy, and the facilities are very new. It is very comfortable to live in. You can bring your pet to stay. A small deposit will be charged. There is no problem for pets with good habits.

The service of late check-out the next day was great. This hotel is surprisingly good. It is perfect with hot springs and steam rooms. It is so comfortable to steam and soak in hot springs at night. The rooms with hot springs are downstairs from the old street of the ancient city, and the lighting is beautiful. Get up early and soak in the hot spring again, don't be too comfortable. The price/performance ratio is very high. I spent more than 300 yuan on a hot spring bath in another hotel the day before, but the room rate here is enough for one day. It is worth praising the owner of this B&B for knowing how to live.
