It was very late when I booked, and the boss still returned in seconds. Very close to the train station, less than three kilometers, less luggage can be walked. Full self-service contactless check-in, the room is clean and the equipment is complete. The late check-out redeemed by Ctrip, the boss also readily agreed.

XXiaoxiaodou～🏨The B&B is a large farmhouse. It has three stores in Yunshuiyao. It is relatively strong. The Yunshuichan we stayed in is a two-story building. However, because there are not many people living there, the store upgraded the first floor of Xijentang with a courtyard. The room is large, clean and well-equipped. There is a parasol in the yard. You can sit in the yard to drink tea and play cards, but barbecues are not allowed.
🙋The waiter added WeChat in advance, and the service was warm and thoughtful. He informed us of the route. When he arrived at the entrance of the folk custom, he took the initiative to greet us, guide us in parking and help carry our luggage.
💰The price is slightly more expensive than most B&Bs in Yunshuiyao, but the environment, hardware facilities and courtyards are also of a higher grade, which is a high-quality experience. Secondly, we upgraded the room type during the off-season~ so it’s still good~
🎵Soundproofing is average, a common problem in most hotels.
🏡The yard is very large, with a small lake containing 🐟 and 🐢, and a fish pond with koi carps and bonsai arrangements. It is very touching and comfortable.
✨The night view is beautiful. It is recommended that friends who stay here can go for a walk downstairs at night~
🍵The B&B provides free afternoon tea, sit by the stream and listen to the flowing water from the small bridge~
🗺️The entire Yunshuiyao is relatively remote... We drove there. After entering the village, the road was narrow and not easy to drive. Yunshuichan can be reached as soon as you enter the village, so you don't have to walk many narrow roads, but there is also a short walk to Dashui Chezhu Scenic Area, which takes about 8 minutes. The location is pretty good ~

🏊The B&B is equipped with a small swimming pool, but it is not open due to the current temperature. I don’t know if it will be open in summer~

The square at the entrance is very large, next to the waterwheel, and it is convenient for travel. The gurgling stream passes by the window, and the fragrance of flowers and birds is drunk in the house! The store manager is very enthusiastic, the service is thoughtful, and the warmth of returning to her mother's home, introducing the guide to play and change, the courtyard is ancient and quaint, and her family's golden thread lotus health tea is super delicious. I drank less water when I came out to play, and my throat hurt. The boss lady made a big pot of it and put it in a thermos cup. After drinking it, it was fine the next day [qiang][qiang] We arrived at noon and checked in, and the friend's family decided to come too. There are only 8 rooms in her house, which happened to be booked. They were not satisfied with the surroundings. In the evening, they were invited to eat together on the second-floor starry sky terrace. The dry steamed bamboo tube 🐔 tastes great, and the shiny fish scales are Q and green with gelatin. It's super delicious. The two children said it was delicious and ate an extra bowl of rice. The breakfast was also very rich. I will definitely stay at her house next time.

GGuest UserI was traveling alone and a friend recommended this Firefly Inn. It is right on the roadside in Taxia Village Scenic Area. There is a beautiful view outside the window. I booked a large room for 2 nights. It was clean and tidy. The boss, whose surname is Zhang, is not very talkative but very sincere. He has arranged the best route to the Tulou and introduced the history and origin of the Tulou. He knows that the customer has a hard time traveling and will go to the nearest place to meet you at the next stop. Don’t miss the boss lady’s local chicken soup and braised bamboo shoots with pickled vegetables for dinner. They are cheap and high-quality but especially tender and delicious😋. Recommendation to all young travel companions: You can choose to charter a car when booking the inn. The boss will be the driver and tour guide throughout the journey to bring you laughter along the way. Thank you again, Boss Zhang, for giving me a pleasant two-day holiday.

SScarletTheWandererWe had a nice stay here and would highly recommend it. The rooms were clean, spacious and newly renovated. The bathroom was super clean, the shower was strong and water was hot. The bed was very comfortable and the owner and his wife were very friendly. Breakfast was tasty traditional Congi with pickled veg, eggs, salty nuts and steamed buns. The location was amazing, it’s right on the river so all your hear is the lovely river! It’s right on the path that leads you to all the major sights in the Yunshuiyao Scenic Area and close and nice walk to each Tulou from here with gorgeous Banyan trees!!! The balcony was really nice to sit and enjoy dinner with incredible views of the river and surrounding Tulous. We had delicious lunch and dinner here. Would recommend pre-booking a driver, as transportation to the train from here is a little tricky if you are not self-driving. Very good price too! Would recommend this gem!

The decoration is in a nostalgic campus style, but the hardware facilities are not outdated. You can see the subtle care that the owner put into the room design. There will be several modes of room lighting to suit various needs. The wet and dry partitions in the bathroom are relatively reasonable, and the sewers are smooth and do not accumulate water. The water heater has a large capacity, so you can take a comfortable bath without any problem. It has its own parking lot and is very convenient for self-driving. The location of the B&B is very close to the viewing platform of Four Dishes and One Soup, which has the advantage of seeing the lights and entering the village at night. The landlady usually drinks tea in the front hall. When you pass by and she is free, she will invite you to drink tea and chat with her. The owner’s grandmother was very enthusiastic and took the children to pick tea on her own tea mountain. She also taught the children how to make tea. The science tea culture also takes children to watch various insects to increase their knowledge. A bonfire party was also organized in the evening, and the children had a great time! The innkeeper will inform you of the tour and some local travel information in advance, and will pick you up when you go to the scenic spot. The service is very good.
After visiting the scenic spots, I chatted with the cleaning lady while waiting for the bus. I learned about some of the local residents' life memories and the construction techniques of the earthen buildings. It felt very good.
There are two undeveloped earthen buildings near the homestay, which are very primitive and you can feel them.

TTomDavidson92I think this will be hard to beat if you want to visit the Tulou, especially at this price tag. You’re not in a Tulou itself but next door to the most famous Tulou cluster with the best viewpoint in the region only a few minutes walk up the hill.
The hotel is of course quite remote but they’ll help you arrange a driver from Nanjing train station, who can also take you around the main attractions for a little over 1,000 RMB.
The family running the hotel is very friendly, and while the rooms are basic they are comfortable enough, and again the location is incredible!
