The room is big and nice, everything can be controlled by voice. There's only 2 things to improve, one is the hotel should build a lift as most of the travellers bring luggage along, no lift is really an issue. Another one is the toilet bowl is too near to the shower head, it should be isolated even in a limited space.

Good locality but sadly just one floor on top of noisy and smelly wet market on ground floor. Unable to sleep well as can hear loud exhaust fan opposite unit and movement next door or outside the room. The photo attached show how surprised we were when taxi drop us there and told us to walk up the staircase (no lift but no problem only one floor up).

1.衞生太差。。我們打算換自己的被套，被套一揭開發現被子臟死了。我們叫前台換了一床被子，前台找了很久，但是還是挺臟的，我就想知道這個被子肉眼可見的臟難道保潔發現不了嗎？？為什麼還繼續用，其他房間的被子乾淨程度可想而知
2.我們訂的投影房，結果投影打不開？？搞笑嗎請問。。
3.淋浴間沒有做防水，洗完澡水全部漏出來。。
4.隔音極差，走廊裏一舉一動都聽得到

因為在市場樓上，難免吵鬧，有一些異味。不過比較麻煩的是之前的房客愛抽煙，搞的房間臭臭的，醃漬入味了，唉😮💨隔壁小孩好像有什麼考試，十幾個人聚在一起，半夜不睡覺，一直拍門按門鈴，總之隔音不是很好，人員比較複雜，但是攜程平台非常好，有問題一直跟蹤處理，酒店的男前台人也很好，一直幫忙處理問題，態度也很好。

愛客印象酒店真的給我帶來超棒的入住體驗！一進大堂，香氛的味道淡雅宜人，裝修風格簡約又不失格調 ，前台工作人員辦理入住迅速，還貼心推薦了周邊好玩的地方。房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，一夜好眠。浴室的洗浴用品品質高，水温穩定，花灑出水很舒服。位置也特別好，周邊吃飯、逛街都很方便，離景點近。真心推薦給大家！從邁進酒店的瞬間，就能感受到無微不至的服務。前台的工作人員不僅辦理入住迅速，房間更是無可挑剔，一塵不染，裝修簡約又不失温馨，智能設備用起來超方便。床品柔軟得恰到好處，我這個認床的人都一夜好眠。下次來這座城市，肯定還選這兒！

酒店在鬧市區距離古城走路十分鐘，樓下是個下市場，酒店沒有專門的停車場，停在路邊按小時收費，如果進到酒店前台需要上一段樓梯，對於帶着沉重行李的你來説有些困難。酒店前台有個平台出去是個小花園，種了很多三角梅很漂亮

這次的酒店入住體驗非常棒，前台的服務效率很高🌸，讓人感覺很貼心。房間內部整潔乾淨，床的高低恰到好處，空間也很寬敞。性價比相當高，採光良好，電視屏幕大且清晰度高。窗簾的遮光性極佳，日常用品一應俱全👍🏻。房間面積大，通風效果不錯。被子柔軟舒適，讓人睡的十分愜意，空調效果也很強勁，能快速達到理想的温度。此外，這裏還有免費的 WiFi 和強大的信號🥰，真是一次非常滿意的住宿經歷❤️。
