The hotel was great, we had a very nice stay there. The location and facilities were perfect. The frontline staff (Eddie) was really helpful, he gave us an upgrade to a family room with bigger beds, so we could have a more comfortable stay in this city. The other staff were also very nice. Tim 高佳圳 helped us to book cars when we checked out and move to Xiamen, also helped us to take care of our belongings. And Ms Zhou 周珍珍 was very nice, she helped us with our hotel reservation in Xiamen. Overall, a really pleasant stay and memories in Zhangzhou, thanks to this hotel!

It was most unusual that we had to pay in advance CNY1,000 when we checked in for only 1 night. Our room rate was CNY427. The following morning when we checked out, the CNY1,000 was refunded immediately and then we paid the actual bill. The lobby, elevator and room were clean and nice. Huge bathtub, spacious room. As our group of 8 checked in late, we had buffet dinner in the hotel. Most of the food dishes were almost empty but the staff were helpful in specially preparing dishes for us. The seafood was fresh but the steak and the other meat dishes of pork, chicken, etc were tough and inedible.

I can’t say I’m a frequent guest of this hotel, but I’ve been coming to it for the past 3 years at least once a year. I have to say that I am a bit disappointed with the service. When I arrived at the hotel, I was very hungry, they used to have a menu for the room service in the room, now it was gone, I had to call them to ask someone to bring the menu to the room. I ordered the food at 10pm, at that time, the selection of items was very limited. Luckily my Chinese is good enough to get by, because almost nobody spoke English there. I understand it’s not mandatory to have a full English speaking staff, but I think at least one person per shift should be able to speak some English in case someone needs it. Another point that needs improvement was the gym. Objects were unorganized, it looked abandoned. Besides all of this, when I come back, I might give this hotel another chance, the rooms are clean, the location is good and I am usually someone who’s loyal to brands.

The hotel is opposite the China Merchants Bureau, the location is excellent, there is a parking lot, the two young men at the front desk are warm and thoughtful, the room is newly renovated, the toiletries are complete, the hot water is very fast, the bedding is very comfortable, the sheets are very clean, the breakfast is very rich, Chinese food Western food, coffee fruit are available. Overall it feels very good.

The hotel is located in the development zone and very close to the factory I want to go to. The room is clean and tidy，The hotel service is very good. In particular, the guest manager Miss Yang works carefully，she is responsible and patient for the guests and introduce hotel patiently.The combination of Chinese and Western food for breakfast is very hearty and delicious.I'll check in again next time.

The hotel is on the Jiulong River. The scenery is good. The Tianzhu Mountain Ferris wheel, Xiaohuang Mountain and Tiancheng Mountain are all clearly visible more than ten kilometers east of the river. There are several restaurants on the riverside. The parking is convenient, the waiters are warm, the rooms are clean and narrow, and the praise is good.

The hot spring pool is not bad. Facilities: The room has a soup pool, you can soak in the soup, it is very convenient and the privacy is not bad. Service: The front desk service is very good, the attitude of the young lady is super good!

The room temperature is pleasant and the air is fresh. The bed is flat, the sheets are white and flawless, the fluffy pillows are neatly arranged, the furniture is simple and elegant, and the curtains are opened to give a panoramic view of the city or nature. The sun shines through the bright glass and spills in every corner of the room. Warm and bright.

The room type I chose is suitable for two children. This hotel is really good. Wall crack recommendation, affordable price, brand service. The whole house is very smart, all kinds of facilities are complete, and there is a laundry room, which is really stunned. The bathroom is very clean, the breakfast is rich, the porridge is with side dishes, the noodles, the buns, the roasted wheat eggs, the soy milk, coffee, yogurt, too many people live here during the May Day holiday. The first time I stayed in such a satisfactory hotel 🏨 full marks, don't be too proud.
