The hotel is still in the trial stage and will be officially opened on the 9th. It can be seen that the hotel investment owner is a person with strength, feelings, and his own preferences. He has his own property and a customized hotel tailored for him. The corridors, functional areas, and the length, width, and height of the room are practical and atmospheric. All the materials used are relatively high-end, and the entire decoration style is Chinese. Breakfast was also carefully prepared. Some ingredients were expensive, such as prawns and shrimps, but unfortunately there were no fried eggs. The biggest shortcoming is that only the hot air conditioner in the room is open, and the temperature is very high, which affects the quality of sleep. At night, I can only expose my feet outside the quilt when I sleep. I called the front desk and the answer was that there was no cold air cooling, only hot air conditioning, or turn off the hot air conditioner, but in fact it couldn't be turned off. The temperature inside was too hot, which neither saved energy consumption nor reduced the experience.

The newly opened hotel has a garden view, a strong sense of design and a nice night view. It is the first time I have found such a hotel in my trip to the northwest. The room facilities are high-end and the bedding is very comfortable. The service was attentive, a housekeeper called in advance, and the front desk was quick and enthusiastic. The hotel has a stone painting activity using Black River stones. My grandson really enjoyed it and painted a piece to take home. The western-style meal set for children in the restaurant on the first floor is very good and worth trying. It is worthy of being the number one family-friendly hotel. I will definitely experience it again when I go to Zhangye next time.

A fantastic hotel. I usually don’t like staying in big hotels as they tend to be soulless, but this one was really special. From the fresh cucumber face mask to the hot soak for your feet, they are incredibly thoughtful and kind. The service is fantastic. They were really helpful to us as foreigners, highly recommend!

The hotel room is nice, clean and spacious. But the corridor is too long, and you have to walk a long way to get to the room. In addition, it is recommended to choose a room with windows facing the outside, and try not to choose a room in the patio. The hotel has a superior geographical location and is surrounded by rich food resources. The famous Heshunyuan Sao Noodles is next to it. Eating a bowl of Zhangye Sao Noodles in the morning will make you feel comfortable all day.

Just completed a wonderful three night stay at the Zhangye Holiday Inn. Perhaps most Silk Road tourists do not spend three nights in Zhangye but we wanted to visit both the popular and more “off the beaten path” historical sites nearby. This Holiday Inn is up to international standards - the staff was very professional, courteous and well trained, the rooms were modern and well-maintained, and even the buffet breakfast restaurant manager spoke English. This is probably one of the few (if not the only) more Westernized hotels in Zhangye) and we had a very good stay and experience in this hotel in Zhangye.

The hotel is located on a bustling street in Xilai Lane in Ganzhou District. Next to it is Xilai Temple, Zhangye Big Buddha Temple, Muta Temple and Zhangye Museum are all two kilometers away. We visited the scenic spots during the day and went to Ming and Qing snacks in the evening. Street, Zhangye’s special delicacies are all there. It's just a walk away, and it's also convenient to take a taxi. The hotel is clean and tidy, the transportation is convenient, and parking is friendly. You can park in the hotel courtyard. The breakfast is rich and there are Zhangye beef rice and noodles. The service is good. I am very happy to visit Zhangye this time!

The dry and wet separated shower room is very convenient. The room area is also large. The heating effect of the air conditioner in the room is also good. The temperature difference between morning and night in Lanzhou is very large. It is very warm in the room. It is a hotel worth staying in.

We stayed 4 nights at the Runhu Hotel while we visited all the tourist attractions around Zhangye, including trips to the Gobi desert, Ping Shan Hu (Grand Canyon), the Alien Valley and other sites. The hotel - which is clean, spacious and quiet - has motivated employees who are happy to meet any request. The restaurant is actually very good with reasonable prices the buffet breakfast also was varied and of very good quality. The hotel also provides such services as nightly warm milk deliver and a foot soaking tub with epsom salts with no extra charge. The hotel also referred us to a driver with his own very nice and well kept car. He, Mr. Li, went way above and beyond what anyone could expect. He provided snacks, fruits, water and some sort of local soft drink and arranged tickets in advance where reservations were required and made sure to adapt those reservations when the weather closed one of the sites. His recommendations for local food at or near the various sites were also spot on. While the places were simple (and very inexpensive), the food was honest and good. You can bank on Mr. Li to make sure everything goes along smoothly. All you have to do is tell him what you want to see, or ask him for recommendations, and he will do the rest. In short, splendid hotel for the price with terrific service and if you need a driver, Mr. Li is your guy!

The hotel has its own parking lot, which is large and convenient for self-driving guests. Pingshan Lake Grand Canyon is very spectacular and shocking, and it is worth a visit.
