看到為數不多的兩條評價踩雷預訂。酒店五月份開業，裝修味道重，入住率不高，很多服務不完善。
入住：晚上九點左右到達酒店，大堂空無一人，漆黑一片，打了電話才有工作人員趕來前台，辦理入住時間較長。
洗手間：裝修味道重，洗手間燈接觸不良，持續很久一會亮一會滅有些恐怖。沒有洗澡專用拖鞋衹能光着腳沖涼，也沒有防滑標識。
房間：床旁邊有個小冰箱一直制動響個不停。另外房間隔音效果極差，隔壁房間打噴嚏大聲説話都可以聽見。
早餐：正常8：30—9：00結果等到8：40左右才能用餐。早餐分餐制，一人四個肉包，一個雞蛋，一份粥。
退房時和工作人員反饋了以上情況，贈送了兩瓶紅棗黑枸杞汁。整體感受體驗是西北環線住的最糟糕的酒店，性價比不高，謹慎選擇！

房間不多，在景區門口位置，房間內一股木頭的味道，有點不太習慣，廁所房門關不上，窗户小，早餐是定食的，花捲+雞蛋，涼拌胡蘿蔔，有點糙，衹能管飽。如果不是為了玩沙子還是建議住在張掖吧，周邊啥吃的都沒有

住宿環境很好，房間很乾凈，很整潔！沒有城市的喧囂，有着沙漠公園地處西北獨特的美麗景色，朝向好的房間遠觀可看到祁連山脈白雪皚皚的雄偉壯闊！一樓有大廳，自助的桌球房，都是可供使用的，商務洽談很合適。最最要讚美的是客房服務人員熱情服務，房間打掃的很仔細，住宿時地板不小心被我咖啡弄臟了，聯繫了客服人員，客服人員不僅毫無抱怨，微笑相迎，更仔細的幫着清理乾淨，真正做到了賓至如歸的服務！閑暇還熱情告知周邊可供遊玩的地方，這種無微不至的關懷，真正讓作為客人的我感受到了家的温暖！該酒店非常值得入住體驗！！！
