It was my first time here. The North Wing Apartment was quite new. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the room faced the ski slopes and the scenery was beautiful. Wang Li, the assistant manager of the lobby, contacted me in advance and added WeChat. She was very enthusiastic and helpful. Thank you very much. Skiing was so convenient. The ski hall was right after getting off the elevator. You could get on the cable car directly after getting dressed.

The movie room is really convenient for watching movies, and it comes with some optional movies, TV series, and cartoons. But the location of the room may be a little bad, and there is noise and poor ventilation. In addition, because I brought my child to sleep, the sofa could not fit tightly when it was put next to the bed because the corner was not wide enough. There was a hole that caused the child to fall down and get hurt when playing, which was a hidden danger... The service was good overall, including bottled water and pillows suitable for sleeping were brought in time... Special thanks to the waiter Xiang Lili for her warm and thoughtful service.

Facilities: The hotel is relatively new, with a swimming pool and a children's playground. It is just a stone's throw away from the ski hall, very convenient Hygiene: Generally clean Environment: The public area is quite spacious, but the view from my room is average. I can only see the roof of the auxiliary building below, which is almost equivalent to no view. Service: The guys at the concierge were very enthusiastic and actively helped with my luggage. They also took the initiative to take me to the infirmary to borrow medicine. Breakfast: To be fair, it's pretty average. After two days of taking it, there is basically no change

The hotel is ideally situated in a prime location, making it easy to reach and navigate. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by its stunning beauty and elegant decor. The check-in process was very smooth. They even offer self check-in. After we arrived to our room we received a welcome plate of fruit and yogurt. The room we stayed in was a masterpiece of design, meticulously decorated with a keen eye for detail, and the cleanliness maintained by the staff was impeccable. We thoroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which offered an impressive variety of dishes, including both Western and Chinese cuisines. The area surrounding the hotel boasts breathtaking views of the river, adding to the overall charm of our stay. The only thing missing is a swimming pool. The other amenities are very nice.

I stayed at a nice local hotel conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Fulong Snow Park. While my room was slightly dirty, it wasn't enough for me to raise a complaint; it felt as though the cleaner might have been in a hurry. I attempted to order room service, but unfortunately, no one answered the phone. Breakfast offered a mix of Chinese and Western dishes, but I found it lacking compared to other hotel breakfasts I've experienced. One downside was that there was no way to book tickets for the snow park directly through the hotel. Perhaps there was a method, but it wasn't available in English. At Fulong Snow Park, I encountered difficulties as the English-speaking window had no staff who could assist in English. It was quite challenging to navigate everything. Fortunately, I managed to find an English-speaking ski instructor named Alex, who I highly recommend. Although this is unrelated to the hotel, I felt it was worth mentioning!

I took an early bus to Taiwu. I thought I would have to wait for check-in, but I checked in smoothly. The room is very nice, with a mini balcony. Sitting by the floor-to-ceiling window, you can see the mountains in the distance. It's super nice~ The location is very good, very close to the tourist center, and dining is also very convenient. Recommended~
