來這裏主要是為了參加國培項目，一次很滿意的入住體驗，大堂很大環境很好 ，前台服務非常好，辦理入住很快，房間衞生乾淨整潔，總之所有的一切都非常棒！超讚👍

來崇禮參加國培項目，酒店環境安靜，設施齊全，就是淡季人比較少，但是服務還是很好的。過了採暖期還是比較涼，但是有電暖氣提供。

很久沒住過衞生這麼差的房了。一走進去，兩塊風乾的尿漬，這麼明顯，我真的很好奇打掃沒有。椅子上全是污漬。辦入住的時候也是，服務人員像聽不懂話一樣，問了半天我現在加訂一晚能不能原房續住，一會要我第二天來刷卡吧，一會説不行沒有房了吧，搞得人很暈，多問了兩句不知道前台服務人員為什麼看起來那麼無語…那大哥大姐你們沒説清楚我問問不是很正常嗎？總之，不會再住，真的好差…

一團混亂，一言難盡。永久避雷。
1.房間沒有隔音，服務員七點開始砸隔壁的門大喊：“我是服務員，您起床了嗎？”請問樓層其他人不睡覺嗎？？？
2.辦理入住的時候是晚上，明確和前台確認了是要再續住一晚，並且確認過了訂單。結果第二天早上8點前台叮鈴鈴打電話來：“你是還需要續住一晚嗎？”
我：……..
（昨晚不是剛確認完嗎？是鬼接待的我嗎？你們內部訊息都不溝通不對接的嗎？一定要早上8點打擾客人休息嗎？完全不考慮客人的睡眠嗎？！）
2.前台工作人員很奇葩，服務極差。因為滑雪裝備滑雪板太多又要退房拿行李箱，打電話請行李員上樓，前台回答：“我們衹有一個行李員去不了。”我説：“我趕着去雪場的接駁車，那你們酒店接駁車能等我一下嗎？”前台説 ：“那不能。”我説：“那我怎麼拿下去呢？”前台説：“你自己拿下來吧。”

（前台小姐你在教我做事嗎？？？拿的了還需要給你們打電話叫行李車嗎？？？）
終於等來了一位推着車的行李員，來了以後第一句話是：“我搬不了東西，你自己搬吧。”

找了保潔大姐幫忙緊趕慢趕到了酒店門口接駁車集合點，前台小姐告知：“你等下一班吧，已經坐滿了。”

3.沒有任何配套。
衹有酒店一個餐廳一個小賣部，晚上外賣都不送來的。
房間有蜘蛛，洗手間淋浴間地上很多頭髮，置物架都是灰塵
4.管理混亂。
來這裏住的大多是要去雪如意滑雪的，前台一會兒告知接駁車的時間不按表格上的公示時間走，需要現打電話叫。一會兒告知嚴格按照表格走，不能等。簡直莫名其妙。
5.有一説一，來回酒店高鐵站接送我的兩位大哥還是非常專業有禮的，會提前確認時間熱情幫忙拿行李，介紹雪場特色等，後來才知道是酒店的值班經理來開車接送的。
麻煩管理流程和基層員工好好培訓培訓再上崗吧。否則領導忙斷腿也沒有用。
