Ulasan Holiday Inn Resort Zhangjiakou Chongli

I stayed at a nice local hotel conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Fulong Snow Park. While my room was slightly dirty, it wasn't enough for me to raise a complaint; it felt as though the cleaner might have been in a hurry. I attempted to order room service, but unfortunately, no one answered the phone. Breakfast offered a mix of Chinese and Western dishes, but I found it lacking compared to other hotel breakfasts I've experienced. One downside was that there was no way to book tickets for the snow park directly through the hotel. Perhaps there was a method, but it wasn't available in English. At Fulong Snow Park, I encountered difficulties as the English-speaking window had no staff who could assist in English. It was quite challenging to navigate everything. Fortunately, I managed to find an English-speaking ski instructor named Alex, who I highly recommend. Although this is unrelated to the hotel, I felt it was worth mentioning!

Very nice hotel with huge rooms and a prefect location close to the Fulong Ski area. Only negative is the high temperature in the room (27degrees) during the night which was not adjustable and what made us hard to sleep.

The Holiday Inn Resort Zhangjiakou is a great hotel with only 5min walking distance from the Forlong Ski/snowboard area. We stayed in a family room with bunk bed and our kids loved it. Breakfast is very good as well with choice between Western and Asien food. If your Chinese is not so good, a few employees can speak English as well. We definitely would come again.

A very nice hotel. Warm service, spacious room, delicious foods. Special thanks to Kitty at the restaurant, Kerry and Sunny at reception. You gals are professional with a touch of warmth which made me feel at home.

the service was great and the location was perfect. but the food options were limited and no room service after 10 pm. night ski ends at 9:30pm and would be great if there are midnight snack options or at least fill the minibar with some amenities or etc.

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed skiing. The slopes are well prepared and easy to ski. We enjoyed CNY at the hotel and also the F&B Arrangement did meet our expectations - even though we are European. I would like to mention that the staff was very helpful - especially Hannah (Front office) and also both the F &B Manager and Housekeeping Manager made sure we were well looked after and all three spoke very good English. Thank you very much and we will visit again.

酒店不錯，早餐也豐富，不過房間温度較高，調不了，衹能打開點陽台門降降温，要不然無法睡，酒店房間看不全雪場，而低樓層看不了。酒店離崇禮區不遠，走十來分鐘，晚餐城區更多選擇會實惠些。

酒店和房間對於度假來説，大小設施都還可以，早餐也還可以。對於滑雪來講，不能滑進滑出，不過隔滑雪大廳比較近，就在隔壁，還算方便，只是房間內沒有洗衣機和烘乾機。隔縣城近，晚上可走出去覓食，選擇較多。酒店適合帶孩子和家人一起度假。前台服務態度和工作人員服務態度都比較好。

第一次入住富龍假日酒店，之前幾年住過太舞，雲頂那邊。 和我預計的滑進滑出不太一樣，但是也算很方便，離雪具大廳不遠， 但是如果能從雪場多開一個口出來，離開酒店大堂門近一些就更好了。 早餐比較豐富，中式西式都有，每天差不多8點去吃飯，人不是很擁擠，到了基本就能找到桌子。 每天打掃衞生都挺及時的，上樓需要刷房卡
