Hotel Pet Friendly di Zhangjiajie

We had a wonderful two-night stay. Everything was excellent. The room was clean and spacious, with good, warm water pressure.The location was ideal, just 500 meters from the east gate of the national forest park and 500 meters from the bus station to Zhangjiajie city center. Our host was incredibly helpful and considerate. She kindly assisted us in purchasing tickets for the national forest park and Glass Bridge at a discounted price. A lively food street is conveniently located across from the hotel, particularly vibrant at night. We highly recommend purchasing tea from the hotel; it's reasonably priced compared to other local shops.

Our stay here was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with top-notch service and warm hospitality. A special mention goes to Dandan, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a seamless experience. She was incredibly proactive, always offering assistance before we even had to ask. The whole team really took effort to communicate with us. They will treat not just like a friend but like a close relative who visited their hometown. That was literally how we felt when we were there. One of the highlights was the thoughtful amenities, including a massage chair just outside our room—an absolute treat after a long day of hiking. Dandan provided us with detailed guidance (with maps) on the best routes for exploring Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, Grand Canyon Glass Bridge and Tianmen Mountain, ensuring we made the most of our trip. She even kept us updated on the weather and gave valuable advice on how to dress appropriately for the changing temperatures at higher elevations. The hotel also offers fantastic perks such as free airport pickup and drop-off, a complimentary ride to the train station and Tianmen Mountain Cableway, and an amazing breakfast featuring the best Hunan-style noodles we’ve had. This was truly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had, thanks to the incredible service and attention to detail. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Zhangjiajie!

Excellent service, esp from Xiao Xie. She painstakingly explained the itinerary to us, answered our queries and is always cheerful. The hotel is beside the scenic river. We saw the village women washing their clothes by the river, even saw young boys fishing . The river must be teeming with fish. Room is clean. Washing machine and soap powder are provided. One of the best budget hotels I have ever stayed in

The stunning views of Tianman Mountain from my room were absolutely mesmerizing—waking up to such beauty in morning was a dream. Plus, watching planes take off and land at the nearby airport added a unique charm. The room was spacious, clean, and perfectly positioned to maximize the panoramic scenery. Whether sipping coffee at sunrise or relaxing at sunset, the vista never disappointed. The mattress was absolutely a bit hard for my liking, but overall, 99% loved the room. The combination of mountain serenity and airport energy made this stay truly special. I love the street food, and everything was written within walking distance. And unforgettable experience Wish I had more time to stay but I have to return to Canada, Unfortunatel.y😊 Highly recommend for anyone seeking a hotel with unbeatable views and a memorable experience!

Very nice room, excellent location (a 15 minutes walk from the entrance gate, and very close to a bunch of good local restaurants). Breakfast is really nice for the price, with a particularly tasty noodle soup. Amazing staff! We stayed for three nights and had a night train on the last day. The staff kept our luggage and allowed us to have a shower before leaving for the railway station.

This is the best hotel for our family and friends to stay in Zhangjiajie. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic and helped us introduce the route. There are also discounts for buying scenic spot tickets. There are many places to eat nearby. It is opposite the charm. It takes only five minutes to walk to Xiangxi. It is also very close to the East Gate landmark gate. It only takes a few minutes to walk there.

Yang Mi was an exceptional host who truly went above and beyond for us. The rooms and decor exuded a rainforest vibe, creating a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere that we thoroughly enjoyed. Her hospitality was outstanding, and she made every effort to ensure we had the best experience possible. I especially appreciated the family-oriented nature of the inn—sitting down with them for tea and fruit, sharing stories late into the night, was unforgettable. I feel like I left a piece of my heart at Hetianwan Inn.

The staff of the hotel were very helpful, the manager organised all park tickets for us (Zhangjiajie National Park, Tianmen mountain), the transportation from Zhangjiajie city to the hotel and in the morning the manager drove us to the park entrance. The hotel is only 2km from the park entrance. In the evening we were walking back. We had nice chats with the staff and were invited to share tea with them. XibuStreet Inn manager has been extremely kind with us. His wife speaks English and we have been using translator app to communicate.

The inn is very close to the east gate (sign gate) of Zhangjiajie Forest Park. It takes less than 5 minutes to walk to the scenic area. It is very convenient. It is also very convenient to eat downstairs. Going out is the main street of the scenic area. It is a very cost-effective homestay. The boss is very enthusiastic and helps to book a car to pick up and drop off, help to buy tickets for the scenic area, and plan the tour route and time. The two elderly people in our family toured according to the boss's route, which was very reasonable, and walked through the best scenic spots in Zhangjiajie. We booked a triple room, but because an aunt had a bad sleep, she wanted to change to two rooms later. The boss also solved it for us perfectly. He is a very honest boss and must be praised.

We lived in this hotel with friends for five days, and everything was wonderful! The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Every time we needed something, they helped us quickly. The rooms are neat, clean, there is free water. The air conditioners also work well and heat up quickly.☺️ The location of the hotel is also very good, close to the city's attractions, as well as close to the cable cars for the ascent to Tianmen Mountain. Also at the reception the man could speak English, so this simplified communication. He recommended interesting places to visit, and also helped us get cheaper tickets for some attractions! My friends and I were very pleased, as the location-price-service ratio was excellent!
