Hotel Pet Friendly di Zhangjiajie

The place was really great and beautiful, their views from the rooms and pool were stunning. An old lady working there was so friendly and made some of the best Chinese food we ever had. Definitely recommend the place ☀️

Amazing customer service! Absolutely worth 5 stars review! Helped us arranged our day trip, booked all tickets for us, draw the map for us. Pick us up from the city centre, drop us off to the Zhangjiajie national park entrance. Besides of the best service, they have the stunning mountain view from the room. Quite, peaceful, that’s all you need for a relaxing holiday. Specially thanks to conceirge Wu, he is very kind and very thoughtful. Definitely recommend this hotel. Can’t load pictures. We had a very nice stay, we stayed 3 people in one room. The room we stayed in was very big and had its own unique style. It was very clean. The hotel is very close to the South Gate of the park. It's a little hidden away from the road, but they were very quick to come and pick us up and drove us to the park entrance every day free of charge. Breakfast eggs come from free range chicken on the ground and they were excellent. Over all the food was very good. It's a small hotel run by a family and they are all very nice and helpful with planning your stay. Location is beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay.

This hotel has got a swimming pool which is a very pleasant way to relax after a long day of treck. But this is one of the less important advantage. The rooms are nice and originally furnished. The owners are just greats, very caring, ready to help. Have you ever heard owners ready to use their own vehicle to bring you to the airport ? Well they did ! I wouldn't have strong enough words to say how we appreciated the service. Thank you !

A great guesthouse with stunning views of Tianmen mountain. rooms are spacious, comfortable, well appointed and clean while service is detailed and always with a smile. The location is a little close to the airport which could disturb light sleepers, but otherwise the facilities and atmosphere make for a great stay in Zhangjiajie.

The hotel has complete facilities, the bathroom is large and equipped with a bathtub. The water is also very good, but there are a lot of small advertisements. I brought my child with me and he asked me what it was, which was embarrassing.

Rooms are neat and night shop in front of the hotel . Name in the trip.com and real name in the board are different. When I search in the map it show different place. My DIDI drive go to hotel and enquiry about and Mr.Lee Happy welcome me. Price changes 50% from I booked . You can stay with family so safe. I love it . I do install biadu map to search correct location.

With my child, what I care most about is the hygiene and comfort of Jiasu environment. This hotel really makes me feel very satisfied. I accidentally saw it on the Internet and decided to stay here. The staff are also very nice and patient to chat with. The transportation is also very convenient. There are also food nearby. The environment of the community is also very good and quiet. The facilities in the room are very satisfying to me. The air conditioning is effective and the water pressure is very high. The children are also very satisfied and happy. We adults think it is worth it. I really like it. I will definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity to go there next time.

Two friends (including a 77-year-old lady) and I had a great stay at Jiezhi hotel in Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan. The hotel is within easy walk to the East gate of the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. The front desk (particularly a girl) is super helpful in suggesting/discussing plans for our visit to the National park and the nearby attractions. As a result, we were able to maximize the 3 days we have according to the daily weather (Huanglong cave and glass bridge on a drizzle day; Yuanjiajie and Tianzi Mountain for a sunny day; and Golden wing stream valley and Huangshizhai for a light rainy day) and had an awesome time! They are also great to accommodate our 77-year-old friend an extra few hours stay as she was tired and did not join us for the last day in the park. This hotel is also within east walking to the best restaurants in Wulingyuan and we had the best Hunan cuisine/food in our life! We would recommend this hotel highly to anyone that stays at/near Zhanjiajie National Park.
