3-Star Hotels in Zhangjiajie

The hotel room was very nice and clean! Especially the view and the balcony! At first, it was very cold in the room due to the low outside temperatures, but the air conditioning quickly warmed it up, and we were able to enjoy a hot shower! The hotel owner was very helpful and gave us great routes for Zhangjiajie National Park and Tianmen Mountain. We were truly amazed by the nature!

The location is soo strategic like you are close to everywhere especially the tianmenshan. It is just right behind the hotel. If u arrived at afternoon and stay for at least 2 nights, u can go to 72 wonders town and make sure ur leg is fit haha because u need to move around to catch bunch of performances at some spots at the area. The show is not really my cup of tea but it was worth for the first timer u should try. And then, The tianmenshan view is beautiful especially if u went at the right weather. We got a quite foggy and cloudy. The hotel located at 10th and 11th building of this AAlogo building (see the picts below). The room is spacious and with toilet and shower separated as requested. Food stalls are everywhere. Hallal food probably should be asked for. Lastly, thank you so much Tianmen area!

We had a very nice stay, we stayed 3 people in one room. The room we stayed in was very big and had its own unique style. It was very clean. The hotel is very close to the South Gate of the park. It's a little hidden away from the road, but they were very quick to come and pick us up and drove us to the park entrance every day free of charge. Breakfast eggs come from free range chicken on the ground and they were excellent. Over all the food was very good. It's a small hotel run by a family and they are all very nice and helpful with planning your stay. Location is beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay.

I loved my stay at the Mansion Inn Dream Mansion. My room was incredibly comfortable, with a stunning view of the cableway station, the city, and the beautiful mountains lining the skyline. The bed was exceptionally cozy, and the room was filled with adorable, thoughtful, and fun touches . From yummy snacks to high-quality skincare products, every detail was designed to make guests feel pampered and at home. The staff were so sweet and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure a wonderful stay, even allowing me to store my luggage after checkout so I could explore Tianmen Mountain. If you’re visiting Zhangjiajie, I can’t recommend the Mansion Inn Dream Mansion enough. The combination of comfort, ideal location, exceptional service, and great value makes this hotel a great pick.

Very clean and beautiful hotel. The hotel staff is absolutely amazing, very very helpful and very friendly with food English communicating skills. They have a drop off and pick up service to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park ( South Gate ). Less than 5 minutes of drive from the sound gate of the park. Super nice room decoration. The room i am staying in has a direct and clear view of the avatar mountain. The only thing to check is the timing of your visit, because the swimming pool here might be closed during a specific period of time in the year.

The hotel's front desk staff has a very good attitude. I am very satisfied with the warm service. They also upgraded the room type for free. The upgraded room type has a lot of space. Moreover, it has floor-to-ceiling windows, the facilities and equipment in the hotel are relatively complete, and there is also a laundry room, which is more convenient. There are eating places and convenience stores nearby, and I have children with me during the summer vacation. The hotel also gave me a small gift souvenir cup, which I was very satisfied with hahaha

Our host was friendly and surprisingly picked us up from the train station! She was most helpful in planning the rest of our trip, helping source tickets and just general advice. The room was on the top floor had a stunning view of the mountians, fields and the airport runway. It was a very pleasant stay.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. It has its own parking lot. It is convenient to eat nearby. It is very close to the scenic spot. You can see the amazing peaks and scenery of Zhangjiajie from the room. The front desk upgraded the room for us when we booked the room on Ctrip. The facilities in the room are also great. Complete, clean and hygienic, with good details. It is equipped with a dryer and a massage chair, which brings a good stay experience to our outbound tourists. High praise

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and it was very pleasant I will definitely come back again . The room was clean and the staff helped me plan my itinerary . The gentlemen host could speak English well and was able to cater to all my needs . The location is very close to the Tianmen Mountain cable car and bus station and it’s convenient to walk there . I enjoyed my stay !

We arrived in the afternoon, and the hotel coordinated our arrival time in advance, and helped us upgrade the room for free, which was very heartwarming. The exhibition stone next to the lobby is very beautiful, and the lounge area is very spacious, where you can read books and warm tea is provided. This arrangement is thoughtful, the room is also very clean, and there is free breakfast.
