Great place to stay. Location can't be better. Close to bus stop, close to cable car. 10min away from airport. Was a perfect spot. Speaking english Owner was very kind, helped us to plan all trips and explain how to get to each attraction.

If you want to experience like a local, this hotel is for you, the managers were good, they helped me with the tours and without them I would have gotten lost, they were available to help me at any time and for any problem, thanks to them I was able to do everything

The hotel was very near the Tianmen Mountain Cable Station as well as all the restaurants and stuff in main Zhangjiajie town. I booked this room specifically for the western style toilet and which it had. The other hotels in the same price point didn't. It's around 40 minutes away from the Zhangjiajie national park. Now coming to the main reason why I rated this so high is because of the owner. Incredibly helpful guy. If it weren't for him I would've got lost several times, wasted a lot of money and time. He helped me plan the route for each day and I really liked the route he planned. Of course he's a Zhangjiajie local so he'd know best. Moreover, every day he'd walk me to the bus station and would wait for the bus with me. He also knows a little English to easier to communicate with him. Super helpful and great guy.

The room is simple, and other aspects are ok, but the air conditioner is a big problem. I don't know what brand it is. The noise is so loud that it affects sleep. It's not just the sound of wind, but also the noise of the internal and external units. People with neurasthenia may suffer.
