The tub is antic but works good, the location is very strategis you can bought evertthing around it likes snack, souvenir, dinner and fruits

A simple inn near the centre of town. Nice host. Helped us with our needs all throughout.

This hotel is highly recommended for those who are visiting the Avatar mountains etc. and who also want a homely stay with rooms that have character. My Chinese is limited but the staff tried their best and seems I got upgraded as my room had a bath, fridge, washing machine and microwave! I think there is breakfast but the town has everything you could want for food options (as well as an amazing bakery down on the right, I think - try the croissants!). Thank you for a wonderful two-night stay, wish it had been longer but I needed to move on.

Nice owner, and parking out front. Easy to get transport to the front gate of Zhangjiajie park from here (or walk), and the whole street comes alive with food stalls at night, if you want to test your stomach fortitude. There are handy lunch and breakfast places around, and also a supermarket across the road. The deluxe room we booked had a fridge and a washing/drying machine, which was great. What was not so great was that one key card meant you had to be in the room to have the electricity to use them. The bed is rock hard, and there are not enough pillows. Cleanliness was ok, but taking a shower is tough, messy work, as there is a single bath tub with no shower curtain, and no bracket for the shower head on the wall. This lead to a very careful and slow shower experience washing with one hand only, while trying not to spray water all over the bathroom. I make light, but it was actually really annoying and meant that having a shower was neither pleasant nor relaxing. OK hotel, but I would pick somewhere with regular shower stall, or at least a curtain next time.

This is a good 3-star hotel. It’s not fancy, but it’s practical and offers good value for the price. Overall, we had a pleasant stay but there are a few issues I feel are worth pointing out. It is a foreigner friendly place but I do not recommend it for most foreigners. The hotel is located on a side street that gets very busy at night with street vendors. It is far from the main road and it is not in a well lit area. The hotel does not have a English sign at the front. The name of the hotel is all in Chinese. Most foreigners would have trouble finding it. We did. The main reasons we booked a deluxe room was because it has a washing machine, fridge, and a bathtub. This was good value compared to the other hotels in the area. The bathtub was a welcome sight after a long day of hiking in Wulingyuan. It’s a small tub though, best suited for shorter folks or people that can bend their knees. The washing machine was great. I liked that I could wash and dry my own clothes. The mattress was a bit stiff. Overall, not a bad place to spend a night. 4/5

來張家界旅遊，住這家客棧真是太幸運啦！從踏入的那一刻，温馨的氛圍就撲面而來。房間佈置得雅緻又舒適，床鋪柔軟乾淨，洗漱用品品質也超棒。客棧老闆熱情好客，不僅幫忙規劃遊玩路線，還貼心推薦當地美食。位置絕佳，周邊出行、吃飯都很方便，老闆準備的飯菜非常好吃地道。早晨在鳥鳴中醒來，開啟元氣滿滿的一天。真心推薦給每一位來張家界的朋友，下次我還來！

房間設施齊全有洗衣機小冰箱和微波爐，幹啥都很方便，採光很好衞生也很乾凈，隔音效果好，晚上很安靜。客棧地理位置便利，還有免費的停車場，附近小吃很多外賣也很便利。老闆服務熱情效率高，有求必應。如果下次再來張家界，還會選這家店住宿☺️☺️☺️

帶家人來張家界玩，看着口碑選的這家店，體驗感挺好，酒店乾淨衞生，出行也很方便，服務也熱情周到，還能幫忙代訂優惠門票，酒店還提供早餐也很好吃，值得推薦

房間有空調但是特別冷，空調製熱效果很差，住的時候説什麼時候都有早餐，等我10點下去説沒有食材了，房間設施很老，也沒有熱水，就是水衹能洗簌，不能洗澡會凍死

不好，洗澡洗一半熱水都沒有了，剛進去的時候地板上都還有臟東西，被套還是個有破洞的

老闆人很好，給放換房間。毛巾也多給了我們幾條。最後一天遇到了大雨，淋濕了，老闆也借給我們毛巾，讓我們擦乾身體。這點很好。門票在老闆這裏買的也優惠了一點。

Мне всё очень понравилось! Красивый, просторный номер, удобная кровать, чистое белье! Одноразовые тапочки, принадлежности для душа, вода в бутылках. Персонал очень отзывчивый и дружелюбный! Спасибо им большое за мое комфортное пребывание в отеле! Завтрак был немного скромный, но для меня это было не так важно!

這一次的旅行住宿非常滿意，老闆人特別好，我到的那天剛好下雨，老闆冒着雨給我指揮車輛泊車，還幫忙拿行李，到了房間乾淨整齊，行李拿上樓後出門逛街吃飯也方便，晚上回去泡了個澡，睡的非常舒適，第二天早上精神滿滿起床，下樓早飯有老闆親自煮的米線很好吃，早餐還有粥饅頭之類的…… 吃完步行去武陵源標誌門遊玩，住了兩天後退房走後發現東西有沒拿的，老闆還給我寄回老家，謝謝了🤝
