出車路過此地休息了兩天，選擇了這家古色古香的巷子客棧，位置沒得説過馬路就是天門山坐索道的地方，客棧外面小吃餐館一條街，非常方便，客棧老闆娘温和，熱心，感受到了土家人的熱情，超讚，等10分月可能會帶家人玩一趟張家界，還會選擇這家客棧，推薦😁

The location is very convenient - close to the cable car and close to many local restaurants. There’s also direct bus line to the airport just minutes away.

We really liked the location.
There was a mixup with the pickup. And we ended up taking a taxi. It is better to arrange going there by yourself.
The mattresses were hard but the pillows were great and we all slept well.
There is no elevator so staying on the 4th floor can be difficult if you forgot things or have problems in your room.
The person at the reception was not very helpful and hard to find. The reception was very smocky and not very welcoming.
One thing we really appreciated was being shown our room as soon as we arrived.
The rooms on the street side were noisy but the ones on the other side were fine.
I am not sure I would recommend the place.

The rooms were fine. The service was very helpful, and the bus station to Avatar Mountain is only a 10-minute walk away.
