The hotel was exceptionally clean and situated in a very peaceful location. The staff were incredibly helpful and even offered to take us to the cable car station without us even asking.

Was great! Great service! They gave us an upgrade so we had a great view towards Tianmenshan. They helped us booking all the tickets.

Service is fantastic, James our Host helped us with our tours and drove us to the airport. Thank you so much! It was also possible to change the one bedroom to a two bed room. Breakfast was great, it’s not far from the national park South Gate and Tianmen Stairway to Heaven.

B&B owner and staff are really friendly and welcoming! Picked us up at airport, gave us vacation tips, and have breakfast prepared during our stay. We were kindly given an upgrade because we were on honeymoon too!

This Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain travel and accommodation experience was excellent! First, when we arrived at the homestay, the boss came out to receive us and helped us park the car, and took us in to check in. After that, seeing that we were a family of three with a puppy, and there were relatively few people that day, he helped us upgrade the room type for free, with a small yard, which was very comfortable. After that, he also helped us talk about the Tianmen Mountain travel guide, so that we understood the general travel route. For dinner, we also experienced the Zhangjiajie special three-pot, which was a big pot and three people were very satisfied. The next morning, the boss personally cooked breakfast for us, and it was also very delicious. If it weren't for the time being a bit rushed this time, I would definitely play for a few more days. The room has a yard. I bought charcoal to cook tea in the evening. The proprietress was very easygoing and gave me sweet potatoes, kettles, tea sets, etc. It is not far from the Tianmen Mountain Cableway. Recommended

After the owner knew that we were a family of four (2 adults & 2 children), he offered to move us to a twin room, which was very considerate😃. In addition, the environment is quiet and beautiful, and outdoor bathing is very comfortable. Even in cold weather, the hot water and heating are fast and powerful.

The hotel is located at the foot of Tianmen Mountain. The proprietress and the boss are also very nice. They gave us a map of the route to climb Tianmen Mountain, and also provided airport drop-off service and prepared breakfast! It is recommended for families and couples to travel. The yard is also quite interesting. It was cold when I went there. I guess it would be more interesting to do it in the yard in summer.

Each room has a different view. The boss is very enthusiastic. I checked out. Because I finished my trip at Tianmen Mountain after half a day, it was too late to change the train. I was too sleepy. The boss opened another room for me to take a nap for half a day. Super warm boss

This hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes away from Tianmen Mountain. Cheng Cheng, the front desk brother who checked in, was very nice and enthusiastic. He reminded us that there were steps in the room and we needed to be careful with our feet. The room was very clean and the toiletries were quite complete. Because we stayed for several days, they came to clean the room and replenish the supplies every day 👍🏻

The service is super friendly, the location is close to the Tian Men Shan ticket office, you can walk 1km, or take a 6 yuan didi, overall it's nice to live here, only because it's still under renovation so it's a bit dusty, but the villa is nice and comfortable. Recommended for the service😍

How to say it? ! This homestay is really hard to rate! Facilities: Basic, no refrigerator, and most importantly, the air outlet of the air conditioner is above the head of the bed! Above the head! Sleeping under the air outlet, don't turn on the air conditioner, you can't sleep because of stuffiness, turn it on, I'm afraid it will be blown out! ! ! Hygiene: So-so, as soon as you enter the lobby, it's greasy, and in the room, it's very choking. The boss said it was the smell of logs, but after opening the window for a day, it was still choking when I came back at night! Environment: Very close to the airport, very close to Tianmen Mountain, good location. The external environment of the homestay is OK. Service: The boss's service is impeccable, he took the initiative to pick up the airport, and said he would take the initiative to change the room if there was a problem, but it was too late, so he didn't bother. He also took the initiative to inform the tour route. Very nice people 👍 So I said, this homestay is difficult to rate. The price of Hilton Garden Inn, but the experience of a fast hotel. If it weren't for the boss's enthusiasm, I would probably give it 1 point directly, but because of the boss, it's hard to score.

I went to Zhangjiajie on a business trip and stayed at Mingsu Inn. It was quiet, comfortable and quite comfortable. The reception of the store owner was also very good. The route for the guests was well arranged for breakfast. There was also a free guide. I will continue to choose it next time with my family.
