I had an incredible stay at Zhangjiajie Hotel, just a 5-minute walk from the East Gate of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park! The location is unbeatable, with easy access to the park’s stunning trails and attractions, plus plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were exceptionally friendly, offering personalized recommendations for park routes. The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern, with comfortable beds and great mountain views. Highly recommend this hotel for its prime location and warm hospitality!

Extremely good service. The hotel staff explained the local attractions in detail and booked everything for me at the same or cheaper rate than anything I could find online. Jiaojiao and Chaochao were particularly helpful. For the room, it was sparkling clean and big with a comfortable bed, smart toilet and very good shower with seriously strong water power to wash away all the sweat after a long day hiking in zhangjiajie national park. The only minor issue was that the air conditioning was not that cold but I solved it by opening the windows as it was still spring and the night air was cold. The location of the hotel was great as it was a two minute walk to the East Gate of the national park (one of the closest hotels). Overall, great value for money and highly recommended.

This hotel is very close to the East Gate entrance of Zhang Jia Jie National Forest, just a short walk away. The room is comfortable, and the service is excellent. They even have butler service to assist with planning our itinerary. Overall, it's a great option for those planning to visit the National Forest through the East Gate.

The hotel offers excellent service, comfortable rooms, and a delicious breakfast. The friendly and helpful staff saved us time by booking tickets to tourist attractions, eliminating the need to queue. In some instances, they even provided discounts over the counter prices. The hotel’s location is convenient, as it’s situated near the East Entrance of the park. There’s a night food street right in front of the hotel, and a large shopping complex beside it. However, unfortunately, only a few shops are currently open.

We traveled to the national forest park and were pleased to stay here. The staff is helpful and kind! Girls helped us with the attraction tickets, with calling taxis and overall stay. There was no problem they couldn’t fix! Definitely recommend to stay here over any other hotel nearby.

The service of front desk is outstanding. Taking initiative in offering help.
They explained my puzzle on planning the trip of the national park. The cable car was down on my arrival and they patiently introduced the alternative.
Ms Li was very helpful on our return from the park, offering water and help in arranging transport. Feel like an old friend.
