We stayed for only one night before going to the park (we booked a hotel inside the park). The room was very clean and nice.
The staff did not speak English but was very helpful. We had contact via WeChat which worked perfectly. We were allowed to store our luggage for 3 days without extra costs, which was very nice.
The location is close to the train station (West) which was convenient for us. There are some restaurants close by, but it is not a very interesting part of the city. You can take bus to the center of Zhangjiajie.

It's really nice, with big floor-to-ceiling windows, very clean, and a squat toilet. There is breakfast downstairs, and the boss contacted the car to Wulingyuan Scenic Area in the morning. It is a very considerate service. Heart to heart
