It rained heavily on the first day I arrived at the hotel. It was very comfortable to stay in the room. The hotel's honey is brewed by itself. It is very thick and delicious. All the service staff in the hotel are very considerate and patient. I especially thank the housekeeper Manman. He knows the local conditions and customs of Zhangjiajie very well and has a high emotional intelligence. He solved all our needs in time and provided good service.

An unexpected paradise experience! Staying at Zhangjiajie Ctrip Resort Farm completely overturned my imagination of mountain homestays! From the warm reception upon arrival, the housekeeper took us to experience feeding rabbits, catching fish, outdoor activities, and handmade DIY, which was really fun! I feel that I can play here all day without going to the scenic spot. The "Hua Yan. King Bed Room" we stayed in is cleverly designed. The log style and floor-to-ceiling windows perfectly blend the natural landscape. The softness of the bedding is comparable to that of a five-star luxury hotel. After a night of deep sleep, even the cervical discomfort is relieved! The room is fully equipped, with Dyson's hair dryer, L'Occitane's toiletries, and Kohler's bathroom, which is great value for money! During the stay, the housekeeper was on call and very considerate. The farm's dining is also very good! Especially the perilla salamander and the paddy field duck raised by the farm itself have smooth meat and delicious soup, and even 3 bowls of rice! The next morning, a car was sent to take us to the middle gate of the scenic area. It was very close, only 8 minutes' drive from the National Forest Park, which was so convenient! (Thank you very much for the thoughtful arrangements of the housekeeping team throughout the whole process) When leaving the hotel, I carried my luggage and waved goodbye. Every detail was full of warmth. Next time I come to Zhangjiajie, I will come to your house again!

El mejor hotel! Tal cual se muestra en las fotos, lo seleccione por las reseñas y por las fotos y definitivamente cumplieron mis expectativas. Las instalaciones son hermosas, atmósfera relajante, paisaje impresionante. Personal amable y muy servicial, todos fueron muy colaboradores y nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Definitivamente un lugar para regresar, las habitaciones modernas, cómodas, con buen gusto de diseño. La ubicación es muy cercana al National Forest Park. Puntos de mejora: ampliar el menú de comida western, tienen un buen chef que cocina super rico pero las opciones son limitadas. La piscina es hermosa pero está muy fría el agua, si la pueden climatizar sería más relajante la experiencia. En general muy feliz por haber estado aquí y gracias a todo el personal por sus atenciones.

In fact, I think it would be best if the hotel could arrange a car for the passengers to travel, otherwise it would be too difficult to get a taxi. It would cost 20 yuan to get a taxi to the South Gate, and it was a "stinky car"; of course, the hotel can pick up and drop off at the Central Gate 4. The accommodation feels like an ordinary hotel, the room is small, the ceiling is low, and the maximum cost is 800, including the scenic area. 5. The service staff are polite, but still have a sense of introversion. They need to be more enthusiastic. 6. The farm doesn't consider customers very much. You have to ask for some things yourself. For example, there is a pick-up service, but no drop-off service. In the end, it should be the store manager who helped to send us to the high-speed rail station. 7. No, no, this is really the worst hotel I've ever stayed in at this price. I'm a little angry. I still give it 1 point. The store manager asked before if the accommodation was okay? The store manager seemed nice, so I agreed with him, but it really didn't work, and it was even a bit shocking 🤦

The hotel is newly opened, so the facilities are very new. Each room has a terrace and a bathtub. However, according to the hotel introduction, there are various flower fields in the hotel. But when we arrived on April 16-19, there was no flower. I don't know if the flowering period has passed or the flower fields are being renovated. The hotel is located on the hillside near Wuling District. It takes 20 minutes to drive to the East Gate. The hotel service is very thoughtful. Before checking in, the service staff will tell you what to pay attention to on WeChat. There are not many types of breakfast. The hotel coffee is good. I will come again next time if I have the chance.
