Orange Hotel (Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain Ropeway Station)

Very convenient location to travel up Tianmen Mt , hiking trails round the national forest. Various routes to go up via alternative transport like ropeway, chairlifts, escalator, elevator, mountain buses. Free entry for seniors while paying only transportation within mountain ranges. Helpful hotel staff and travel counter nearby. New Orange hotel setup and laundry room available 24 hrs. Good wholesome breakfast that provide energy to start our adventures uphill. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - thumbs 👍

Very nice hotel with good location. Love the orange theme & smell of the place/amenities. The room layout was great with small little details like sensor light and a large hook for towel in the bathroom. There was even free coffee provided at lobby. Overall a nice comfy stay.

New hotel that is clean and bright. Smell of citrus. Near tianmenshan. Easy to call didi. But take note drivers tend not to drive into the “car park” which is the front of the hotel.

Excellent rooms, really great style throughout the hotel. Super clean and great laundry room free of charge. The 2 robots are nice. 小杨 is super nice at the front desk

I had a fantastic stay at Orange, thanks to its excellent location within walking distance to Tian Men Mountain and just a 10-minute ride to the city center. The reception staff were incredibly helpful. As a foreigner, I struggled to book food delivery, but the receptionist assisted me and had the delivery sent via a robot. They also helped arrange a courier service for a parcel I needed to send to a friend in China. Additionally, the reception provided great travel advice. The room was well-equipped with thoughtful amenities like electronic curtains, an umbrella, a heated toilet seat, and more. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone; it's truly great value for money.
