Jijia Yaju Hotel

We had a pleasant stay. The location is convenient for us to get to the National Forest Park. Our daily walk was mapped and planned for us by the kind and friendly ladies at the reception counter. They cleaned the room every day and changed our sheets after 2 nights. There are plenty of restaurants around for our meals. Note : This particular stall for snacks at the 3 Sisters is a total ripoff. Be careful. My mistake was not asking for the price first before we ate.

晶晶 the front desk lady was super helpful and nice to plan and help optimise the super convoluted route that is the park. The room was small but enough for one person like me. Though i felt the cleanliness of the bathroom can be better. Especially cleaning around the sink. The location was great, i didnt have to wake up super early just to beat the crowd as the entrance to the attraction was just a 5 min walk.

A lovely hotel 5 minutes walk away from Zhangjiajie National Park’s Wulingyuan Entrance. The room was amazing and had daily cleaning. The bed sheets/duvet were changed after 2 days. The staff at the front desk was extremely helpful. She suggested an itinerary for me for the National Park, as well as visiting the Grand Canyon/Glass Bridge, and Tianmen Mountain, based on the number of days I was staying and my transport arrangements. The only con would be that the cat stays in that glass box and that is very sad. It is so friendly!

The highlight is the female staff, the only one who manned the counter. She was very helpful as she provided routes and advices for my visit to Wulingyuan and tips for other parts of China that i was visiting. Room was very clean but very small. Cosy for 2 nights stay. Hot water was good. Shower was strong. Surrounding was the food street, Mixue, Starbucks and KFC (international necessities) and about 200m away is Wulingyuan entrance. I will come back here to stay again.

This hotel is very near to the East Gate of the Zhangjiajie National Forest. The location is awesome, and there is no lack of good food. The night market is just a few steps from the hotel. The room is big enough for a family of four. My only complaint is that the rooster woke up too early to send you a morning call at 4 am. Overall experience is great. BTW, we loved the cat in the hotel.
