Definitely recommend this hotel if you are planning to visit Zhangjiajie forest Park. It’s located very close to the entrance of the park, only 5 minutes walking, which allows you to get in the park before the crowds and easily get back to your hotel room in the evening.
Upon arrival I was upgraded to another room (in their first hotel, which I strongly recommend looking into). The room was very clean and comfortable, with all amenities you might need during your stay.

The hotel is in a very convenient location to reach the entrance of the Wulingyuan east gate.
The room is spacious enough, shame about the bathroom that remains flooded after the shower.
The receptionist does not speak English but is very available to satisfy the various requests through translation applications

It's not newly renovated at all. The facilities are old, the toilet smells bad, the toilet seat is broken, and the shower room door is broken. I stayed here for a few days. If it weren't for the inconvenience of carrying luggage, I would have changed rooms long ago.
Surrounded by tourist hotels, shopping is inconvenient and expensive. It is recommended to live near Genli Supermarket, where shopping is convenient and prices are lower.
