We love the hotel and wished we could have stayed longer. The view from the balcony of our room gave us a clear view of the Matterhorn. The hotel is easily accessible from the Zermatt train station and the Town centre . We loved the room allocated and found it extremely comfortable. We also enjoyed the sumptuous breakfast buffet which was pretty extensive. Staff was really pleasant and helpful at all time. Our receptionist even escorted us to the room by stairs because their lift was not functional when we checked in. The only regret was that we were unable to utilise the sauna and swimming pool facilities due to time constraints. Will highly recommend the hotel to those who are looking for value for money stays whilst in Zermatt.

Enjoyed the stay at the hotel, highly recommended. Hotel staffs were friendly and made a little hotel tour to let us know the facilities. Room arranged by the hotel was great with fantastic Mountain View. Breakfast spread was better than expected. Do note that hotel room does not come with aircondlting. It was alright as we kept the balcony door opened with natural cool airflow.

Staff are friendly will provided unexpected service, I really surprised to have this kind of experience first time in china, cleaning is good, bed is comfortable and pillow is good.

Perfect stay! Staff are polite and helpful. The complimentary afternoon cakes are added bonuses.They offer free transfer from train station to hotel and save the hussles to move the luggages on the road!

Great Location and great facilities. It also has a temperature-controlled swimming pool. But Spa services wasn’t very inviting and anyways we hardly had just 2 Nights to stay, so kind of lack of time, as we did The Matterhorn and Gornergrat trips. Overall a great stay!! 👍🏼

The hotel very near train station walking distance less then 5 mins service is good, big room and comfortable. Very nice view can see Matterhorn

It's very convenient because it's close to the station! The room is clean. There are fruits and chocolates in the room. The view from the balcony is also beautiful.

The room is a little small, similar to most Swiss hotels. It is located at the far end of the business district, so it is a little inconvenient, but it is quiet. Some room types may have a view of the Matterhorn, but our room is on a low floor and faces the Matterhorn. There are no floral decorations on the windowsill, so it is a little disappointing.

The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

The hotel is nice, just a 2-minute walk from the train station, with a heated swimming pool, sauna, etc. The hotel's services are also very good. The price-performance ratio is very high, I am very satisfied, and I will stay here again when I come again during the next snow season.

The hotel is very beautiful. Sitting on the balcony, you can enjoy the snow-capped mountains leisurely. The fur cushions in the room can warm you up instantly. The room has heating, heating, and heating.
