We stayed at the elements resort in Zell Am See for 5 nights and it was OK. Some of which is my own fault I had not realised quite how far it was from the centre of zell am see. It is based on a commercial unit next to a lidl and some other stores and is about a 5 to 10 minute drive into Zell Am See and the lake. The room itself was very nice but the bed was so soft and pretty unbearable. My son slept on a sofa bed which was the opposite and hard as a rock. The facilities in the room were good but housekeeping was pretty poor and the room was not the cleanest. My son loved David at the front desk who was super friendly and did an excellent high 5. The pool was nice but small and breakfast was good. Lots of choice. It isn't going to knock your socks off but it was fine for what we needed. The summer card was a real perk for zell am see and kaprun, we could not believe that we got so many of the attractions discounted or free and made max use of it. Also highly recommend Falken Air if you want to give paragliding a try.

Zellam see us a beautiful place . Elects resort is not in the town centre it is away from the lake, but its a well maintained hotel. Rooms were well done Cleanliness was perfectly kept. Only we went during the heat wave in Europe and it is not air conditioned and no fans so that was a problem then. Breakfast was very nice , good variety and fresh eggs to order. The staff was friendly and very accommodating special mention to David and Chris . The Summercard they gave for each person staying was the most helpful it made a lot of our sightseeing absolutely free.

We were overall satisfied with this hotel, there's a nice spa area with a heated outdoor pool and 2 saunas - it was raining during our stay so we gladly used this facility. It's a bit on the small side but fortunately it wasn't too crowded. They offer a delicious buffet breakfast. If there's an opportunity, we'll come back in the future.

It was one of the best resorts I have visted, the place and the location was so sooooo good! The amenities, and the hospitality of the staff; specially the employee David, he was very helpful & supporting! Totally recommend for your visit at zell am see! Friendly staff clean and modern great spa and sauna - breakfast very good and staff helpful but unobtrusive. Nice outdoor pool and room facilities with oven fridge etc. Only thing which could have been good is the tv - no english channels - however we were out taking advantage of the walks and excellent public transport with the summer card.

I will write my review so simple! I stayed in Elements Resort Zell am See with my family and it was AMAZING.....Everything was just amazing. Apartment, staff, spa, BREAKFAST sooooooo goooooood!!!! Location pretty good and close to gondola lift areitXpress. I am sure we'll stay there again!

We were traveling in Austria for 1 week and stayed here for 2 days. We were so happy to receive free Summer Card which started in July 15. We would be able to access to different activities either for free or discounted rates. Bruno, who checked us in at the hotel, was so helpful. He gave us good advice where to go or hike. Card is valid till last day of stay in hotel. Do note the hotel is not in the area of touristy Zell am See It takes 5min to drive into Zell am See town. Underground parking is available. We booked with dinner plans and the food was good quality. Dinner is available from 5.30 to 8pm. The overall condition of the room was good. Do note that the room does not have air conditioning. We had to open the balcony door to let in some breezes. I definitely recommend getting a fan for each room in the summer.
