We came to town for our wedding and rented two residences. Everything was perfect! The homes were in terrific condition, spotless and Nick (the manager) was extraordinary and incredibly kind and helpful. We also took advantage of the resort, pools and restaurants. It was a fantastic way to relax with the perfect combination of fun. Highly recommended.

We had a large group across 4 residences over the Holidays. It was a great experience. The accomodations were above expectations, the staff was exceptional and of course the weather and surroundings were perfect. We had a large group (17 people ranging from 11 to 74) and the spacious accomodations were welcome. We rented a golf cart to get around the very large property - I do highly recommend doing this as it is not a short walk to the beach and Hyatt. It was used a great deal along with the cars. I would definitely return to this property if I return to Puerto Rico.

There are only 2 tennis courts at the hotel, if you can get in,and often a wait. They need to build more tennis courts. There is a lot of open land for tennis courts. So easy to do. Do not come here until they put in more activities!!!

We just finished up a 5 night stay at the Country Club Residences and I really cannot say enough positive things about our stay. The staff was so accommodating from start to finish! They were so friendly and easy to work with. The unit itself was gorgeous. Beautifully furnished and decorated and really clean and new. The beds were comfy and even the pullout sofa was nice to sleep on. The views were great and its right across the street from a beautiful beach that was nearly deserted the entire time we were there. We felt like we had our own private beach all to ourselves. Its really close to the majority of the must see locations on your trip.

We visited CCR at Grand Reserve for a two week vacation with our family. The condo was beautifully furnished and clean. It had great views of the golf course as well as the beach across the street. Our rep, Diana, was very kind and accommodating before and during our stay. She ensured we had chairs, an umbrella and beach towels for spending time in the beach across the street. We were also given access to the Hyatt facilities which were lovely and beautiful. We rented a golf cart which was really fun for us and the kids to explore the beach, golf course grounds and to go to/from the Hyatt. It was a wonderful experience and we can’t wait to do it again.
