Simply the best boutique hotel we’ve stayed in. Huge credit to the owners to have created such a beautiful place to relax in and to be able to enjoy Zarautz from. Everything is finished to such an amazingly high standard and what a view of the beach. The staff obviously enjoy working here and this is reflected in the service we received. Our room had a super comfy bed with views of the early morning surfers, a separate lounge area and the bath room had an inspired walk in shower as well as a bath. Try the heated infinity pool. Sit on the gorgeous terrace and dine in the restaurant. I don’t think anyone would be disappointed and I can see why their reputation is building so quickly. Love it.

Wonderful location and friendly staff. By chance we booked our stay on the day of the hotel’s 1 year anniversary. The sauna facilities were welcomed after a 24km hike. We enjoyed breakfast on the terrace overlooking the ocean and the surfers.

What a wonderful, quaint and friendly hotel. With just 13 rooms you need to book early. The hotel was beautifully decorated. Modern, fresh and clean. It was spacious. The breakfast was brilliant and devoid of usual hotel ‘cheap’ condiments. With fresh jams made locally and juices from heaven. We didn’t eat here but given how busy it was the restaurant was clearly a hit. Our room overlooked the bay. With amazing sunrises across the shimmering breaking waves. The beds super-comfortable and fresh Egyptian cotton sheets. The roof top pool was superb. Just the perfect end to a day on the beach.

1) Spectacular location at the end of Zarautz beach. 100 yards from town but feels much more remote and surrounded with trees. Kids could walk from their room with surfboards to the beach in 5 minutes. 2) Great breakfast, wish we tried dinner there. It looked good too. 3) Service was extremely friendly. They made a dinner reservation at a restaurant we won't forget, El Astillero. Best meal of our trip. Seafood and steak a long walk or short drive around the corner in a neighboring seaport. Restaurant was across the parking lot from where the fisherman unload. We tried to decipher the menu with the waitress and she gave up and took us into the kitchen where the chefs were excited to show us all the fish and the grill. Don't miss it! 4) Rooms were beautifully done and recently too. Modern clean style.

Estuvimos el fin de semana, el hotel está en un lugar privilegiado, la habitación con vistas al mar es impresionante, la cama cómoda, la almohada nos pareció incómoda. Soy alérgica y la habitación estaba limpia, no tuve ningún problema de ácaros. La ducha sensacional y muy amplia con vistas al mar. El desayuno está incluido, lo mejor que te cocinen en el momento, un revuelto o una tortilla. Tienen leche sin lactosa. El personal muy atento, fuimos por nuestro aniversario y nos dejaron de cortesía una botella de xacoli. Las terrazas al exterior son un placer durante todo el año. Para repetir.

Hemos conocido esta Joya de hotel y sin duda que volveré !!!! Como describir tan grata sorpresa Desde que hicimos la reserva que nos atendió Ane amable y dando un servicio de 10 , cuando llegamos su situación nos encantó , un lugar privilegiado único irrepetible de Zarautz A la llegada nos tenían ya la matrícula coche registrada para acceder al parking , entras al hotel y todo te enamora , la delicadeza y selección de todo escogido con tanto amor y hermosura . Han puesto lo mejor de lo mejor materiales muebles todo como si fueran acoger al mejor invitado , seleccionado para nosotros . Con una elegancia sobriedad estilo que da una paz y es súper acogedor A la llegada nos atendió Oihana en la recepción y fue amabilísima explicándonos y acogiéndonos Luego bajamos a cafetería y nos atendio Argitxu Con un amor desde el primer instante , tan noble y siempre cuidando de que estuviéramos bien , Que decir de los huevos que prepara de premio ! También nos atendió Rafael un encanto! Cenamos en su restaurante que recomiendo , elegante y buen producto , rico y elaborado con esmero A la tarde nos atendió Maialen , que con su sonrisa y amabilidad hacen sentirte en casa Al día siguiente conocimos a Izar la señorita que se encarga de la limpieza , queriendo que estuviera todo bien Y tuvimos la suerte de conocer a Jokin , el director del hotel que nos ha atendido generosamente siempre y encantado de ayudar en todo preguntas , estancia y con su buen gusto y profesionalidad , hacen de esta joya una fantástica experiencia Gracias a todos sois increíblemente amables , serviciales y profesionales que hacéis de este hotel una familia . Capitaneado por unos dueños con una humildad que hemos podido comprobar y por un director que es uno más entre todos y con un personal de 10 !!!
