Apartamenty Forma Tatrica

We were 2nd time staying in Forma Tatrica and unfortunately it is a huge contrast as quality is going down or we were really not lucky. We got an apartment with strong cigarettes smell 😔 When we asked to switch it, we were told, no other apartment available during our stay, it was neither possible to get a refund nor a discount (paid 600EUR for 6 nights). In that situation receptionist was extremely unprofessional and arrogant: he kept repeating he can not help in any way, he walked in our rooms with his shoes, was pretending he has running nose, suggesting to spray some scent on top of the cigarettes smell, he didn’t know when the manager will work and she can’t speak English etc. It was truly disappointing, like “talking to a brick wall” 😔 Next day we talked with another receptionist, lady was really nice, yet after she talked with manager we got instant coffee and invite to use jacuzzi for free as an excuse. Would sound nice, yet just take a look to jacuzzi (see pic attached). Once we told we are checking out, finally we were offered a new appartment. Yet it was too late as we had to book another hotel after half a stay as cigarettes smell were already soaked in towel, clothes and hair.
