Clean, quiet room, comfy bed. Excellent breakfast. On spot free parking. The view from the balcony is beautiful, also it’s quite close to get to the center of Zakopane. Our impression of Zakopane was very good and we were pleasantly surprised.

Super, polecam hotel każdemu. Świetna lokalizacja, miła obsługa. Pokoje czyste i nowocześnie urządzone 🙂 Śniadania bogate i każdy z pewnością znajdzie coś dla siebie. Nie było również problemu z przechowaniem bagażu po wymeldowaniu.

Świetne miejsce. Bardzo sympatyczni ludzie którzy tam pracują . Śniadanka - pyszne 😋 Po całodniowym pobycie możliwość relaksu w strefie spa . Świetny pomysł z rezerwacją na wyłączność dzięki czemu mieliśmy pełną prywatność podczas korzystania. Polecam 💚

The fact I’ve bothered to write a review shows just how disappointed I am with this place. First of all the fact they advertise it as a hotel is beyond me it’s more of a b&b. The staff have zero English. The water in the shower goes hot to cold in seconds and has no pressure. The WiFi simply does not work. The rooms were tiny, I had to crouch down while urinating because of a slanted wall over the toilet. The bed was small and uncomfortable. You have to put a sign in polish to get ur room cleaned and to get towels that I didn’t know about, and when I returned from a days hiking the worker refused to give me clean towels and I had to have an argument with him to get fresh towels. The pics in the advert are misleading there are no views like this from the hotel, yes I did check. The breakfast was well below average. If your thinking of booking this hotel, there is a campsite down the road where you can tent will you be better off. A right kip of a place

there was no mats, so very very sliperry and water stinks … saunas cold, totaly interior - all is new but very cold style- not cozy it was hard to find, even on neighbors doors was written - there is not Grand Podhale!
