Gold Hotel

Very good hotel to stay here in Zakopane and visit the Mount Tatra area. Very cozy room, nice service by gently and polite people, very good breakfast. Inside parking available. Even the inside restaurant is very good just in case you wanna dine here. The hotel is not close to the city center but is well connected by bus to eventually go everywhere. Enjoy your stay !

This is a charming and comfortable hotel. It is beautifully maintained and all areas are spotlessly clean. Staff are friendly and check in and check out were quick and efficient. Our room (209) had a side view and balcony and was very comfortable and spotless. There is lots of storage space. Towels, robes and bed linen were white and immaculate. Slippers much appreciated! The breakfast buffet had something for everyone and the selection of breads was particularly nice. We ate at the hotel restaurant one night: the food was exceptional! Reasonably priced, tasty and HUGE portions! My husband had the best Pierogi of the trip and I had the most delicious Ghoulash with potato pancakes. The side of fried cabbage was also delicious. As if their hot wine! The spa area is small but has everything you need. Unfortunately, our spa experience was spoiled by other guests who let their children use the lovely hot tub as a swimming pool and they clambered over myself and my husband until we got out. The parents just let their children do as they wished. We sought refuge in the lovely sauna only to find a family in there with a little girl (too young to be in there) wanting to get out but her mother was encouraging her to stay in! Other children were messing unsupervised in the plunge pool. One small child was picking up decorative rocks from the relaxation area and dropping them on the tiled floor, being watched by her mother! It is not the hotels fault but it may be better if they introduced adult only time. The location is right on the number 11 bus route which goes to Zakopane one way and straight to Morskie Oko the other. We also found transport to take us over the border to Slovakia to do the amazing treetop walk at Bachledka! We would, however, come back to Zakopane again.

Lovely hotel. The location is a little way from the town centre but a nice 20+ minute walk or £8 taxi. Rooms were spotless although bedroom carpets could do with a clean. Breakfasts however were very average at best. Sauna area was superb, 4 hanging chairs, a lava heated sauna with a second electric sauna. Best of all an ice tub for a bit of Wim Hoff experience. Best part of the hotel are the staff Artu and the lady on reception went over and above and were so incredibly helpful with anything needed. They are both a huge asset to the hotel!

When we has arrived hotel and room looks really nice. Every day we has cold room. Once we came back to the room and was 6 degree. Problem was reported every day continuously and everyday we was assured that it will be fixed. Shower was leaking and jacuzzi as dirty. Nothing hasn’t been done, nobody offer us to swap room and for the request for part refund we was completely ignored. Our email to the management has been never answer. How much would you pay for the cold room on the middle of the winter(-14 degree outside)? Very poor management

Wybraliśmy hotel z katalogu punktów benefit. Lokalizacja hotelu przy samej ulicy, nasz apartament dodatkowo miał okna z 2 stron na wylotówkę na Morskie Oko. Był też centralnie nad restauracja. Bardzo dobra baza do wyjścia w góry. Szlak na Nosal po 2 stronie ulicy. Kameralne miejsce widać, że w miarę nowe. 2 oddzielne pokoje w każdym TV na ścianie (szkoda że zero kanałów z kablówki) . Ubogie śniadania ratował pyszny chleb, ale na przykład nie udało nam się trafić na jajecznicę. Ogólnie w porządku ale bez szału.

Une excellente semaine. Un service impeccable. Un personnel au petit soin. Des prestations haut de gamme. Un petit déjeuner buffet au top. L'endroit est à 15mn à pied du centre-ville.. les bus sont disponibles pour les randonnées...parfait !!!
