Hotel Bintang 4 Zakinthos Island Populer

Great location, nice room and breakfast! The lady at the breakfast was really rude and mean though. No customer service at all! The gym situation was so weird. It was made for 1 person only! And by appointment, so I arrived at 10am and they told me all appointments are booked till 6pm, when I asked how is this possible they told me if you want to exercise you should have stayed home!!! What kind of answer is this to a customer? I want to exercise at any time WHY should any person even say this, I was shocked. Besides this it was good. Very tiny pool not like pics.

The impression on the first day was very good. On the second day, I stayed in a room with a balcony and a view of the sea. It was very convenient but a bit noisy. The bathroom was a bit bigger, with more complete toiletries and a bathtub. The first room is not two rooms! The man at the front desk was very enthusiastic and happy. He gave us an extra breakfast. The breakfast was served in a timely manner but not so exquisite. The location is so convenient, there are restaurants everywhere, and it’s very convenient to take a boat🚗

The hotel is a four-star hotel with a good location, only 10 minutes away from the city center. The hotel is clean, the breakfast is rich, the reception is warm and thoughtful, and the service is in place. It is a recommended place to stay for tourists to Zadao.

The hotel is on the hill. There is a shuttle bus to the town and the beach, but it depends on their time. The hotel is a bit of a sense of age. We booked a private pool suite but the pool was a bit dirty and there were corpses of bugs in it and there was no water. The room was generally ok. Dinner and breakfast were included but the dishes and taste were not good. There were only lazy ones in the hotel Big dog and a few cats like to follow you. When checking in, I explained a lot of things in detail. There is a free airport pick-up and dinner. You can't wear revealing clothes and drinks are charged separately. Overall it's ok!

The parent-child swimming pool is not open and I don't know why. The pool water is a bit deep and the deepest 1.69 Fortunately, our children can swim, otherwise they may be a little worried. The hotel will also have various toys in the pool for play, no need to go out to buy, this is very good. The hotel is close to the airport and there will be sound. We enjoyed our stay at Kymothoe Elite. Pros: - Nick is such a great host, given us lots of good tips for the island. Make sure to ask for restaurants recommendations :) - Really nice ocean view from the balcony. Great for sunrises! - Very convenient location and away from the crowds: ~15mins drive from the airport, ~10 mins drive to all the beaches and restaurants. - Great breakfast - super friendly dog on site Cons: - wifi is not good: no internet access from the bedroom, maybe a little from the living room early morning, would need to sit on the balcony to have a slightly better connection. Cell reception could be really bad here as well.

The food was not bad but what I didn't like was that they asked me for the cost of the safe (if we want to call it that because it is made with the key) of €15 in cash and they don't accept payment by card! Absurd

It’s a great hotel with a great environment and a beautiful swimming pool. The owner’s two little daughters had a great time playing with my little cotton-padded jacket. They slept in the hotel until they woke up naturally, had breakfast, drank coffee, and leisurely strolled and walked around the hotel. You can see the sea in 5 minutes and have a wide view. We flew back to Athens in the evening, and the child wanted to stay in the hotel to swim and play with new friends, so we negotiated with the hotel to check out in the evening and pay part of the room fee. The day was very relaxing, and the child was very satisfied with this arrangement [laughing R]
