I booked a 5-night stay via their website. Provided correct payment details, got confirmation of the booking and notification that in about 48 hour they would charge my credit card the agreed amount. As they did not charge it and the apartment was still available on the website on some dates that were booked by me I inquired whether everything was OK with the booking. After another day of waiting I got a message that the owner tried to charge the card but failed. In response I asked them to try again or send me account number for the money transfer. Within the next two days I got a message that the owner already rented it out to someone else. I lost a week when I could be looking for another accomodation. Had I not inquire I would probably still be thinking everything was OK and try to check-in on agreed date. This is not opinion on the apartment or on-site facilities but on the reservation process and customer relations/communication which is equally important for those planning to stay there.
