Hotel Cronulla

Although we didn't stay at the hotel we used there facilities almost daily. We were made to feel very welcome by all staff who worked tirelessly to keep their guests happy. Brilliant service with quality produce.We will most certainly be back and will be booking the hotel in 2025 . Will give an honest room review then. 👌

We have recently come home from the hotel, miss it already. Didi and her family are lovely and made us very welcome. We had booked a garden view room but they upgraded us to a pool view as I think they were trying to keep the 10 rooms together as it was getting to the end of them closing. We had a wonderful stay, Anna was really lovely, she had time to sit down and talk to us and tell us all about Zakinthios where she lives with her boyfriend. The breakfasts were a large buffet range, catered for everybody. We would definately go back next year as it is in a good position with access to everything on the flat especially as I have trouble walking to far. I hope that they enjoy their well deserved break and looking forward to seeing the family next year.

Excellent hotel, good friendly family service. Great swimming pool, well-stocked bar. Breakfast OK. Extensive menu for snacks and meals. Room clean and comfortable. Overall a great first trip to the Cronulla, we shall return and we're looking forward to our next visit.

Small family run Hotel, very friendly Family and Staff. We were made to feel very welcome, like old friends. Good sized swimming pool. Very good sized bar. Simple clean rooms but the bathroom could use some love. Only 3 floors, not high rise.

Sixth year at this hotel and planning for next year. Great location for restaurants, bars and shops. Not too much of a walk to the beach which we did at 7:30 every morning. This was rewarded with a treat to see a baby turtle making its way from the nest to the sea! Lovely food - bit of a change this year with buffet breakfast, needs a few tweaks but overall can't fault it. Nice food and good choice. All the staff are always friendly and welcoming. Big shout out to Anna who waits on every day. Nothing is too much trouble and she remembers everyone's names!! Can't recommend this hotel enough. Clean, welcoming, fabulous pool, great food - what more can you ask for 😀

Fantastic hotel and a fantastic holiday here. The whole operation is a real family affair and is so slick it’s untrue. Nothing - and I mean nothing - is too much trouble here. The staff are excellent and made us feel so welcome at all times. You can see why Cronulla has so many repeat visitors … the rooms are great and there are plenty of sun beds around the pool. The drinks are reasonably priced with plenty of choice of beers and cocktails. Nice snack-type food for lunch as well, like pizzas and gyros wraps, etc and the service is always prompt and pleasant. If I’m being really picky, the pool lifeguard is a bit keen. He stopped me and the kids from diving into the pool a few times, even at the deep end. No problem with that, rules are rules as they say and he really is a very nice and well mannered chap, however, he also made me and another parent stop playing in the shallow end with our children. The kids were jumping into the pool, while holding onto our hands and wearing armbands. No splashing, no complaints, not even anyone nearby, just a couple of toddlers jumping into their parent’s arms ? Really strange but don’t let that put you off staying here, just be aware of the pool rules otherwise they will be pointed out to you as happened to me and a number of others. (I get the feeling it could be a long season if he tries to enforce the ‘no lilos in the pool’ rule also.) As mentioned earlier, just a final word on the staff - Suzanne, Maria, Tom, Anna, the fantastically calm & caring reception ladies and anyone else I’ve forgot to mention, you’re all a credit to Cronulla. Thank you all for making an eventful holiday even more memorable for all the right reasons. Efharisto.
